Holiday getaway

Our family group of 14 were in town for a basketball tournament. The cabin was in a great location near the games. It is near other cannons but far enough away that it felt secluded.

Great Cabin, OK stay

The cabin was beautiful. My entire family loved the size, location and amenities. However, it was deficient in the maintenance area. There were numerous things wrong with the cabin. Also, I asked the concierge specific questions and she assured me all things were good, but when we arrived, they were not.

Family Christmas Outing

Overall the experience was very good. There were some concerns initially, e.g, one of the comforters needed washing, the range light did not work, problems with the heat along with rolling blackouts, and upper level pipes freezing. The property maintenance person was great, and the last two days out of four were pleasant.

AMAZING CABIN!!

We are so sad to be leaving this beautiful property. This cabin is everything and more than I had expected! The views are gorgeous all day long. Loved the hot tub by the fire place 😁 It was hard keeping our teenagers out of it. Each room has its own bathroom, which is perfect for large family’s. The cabin is close to a few cute little shops, there is an amazing massage parlor about 5 mins away called Wellness Through Spa. It’s a must!! The downtown strip isn’t far either. Smokey Mountain Park is also right around the corner. We will certainly be return guests to this property!! Do yourself the favor of renting this cabin, you won’t be sorry!!

Nice sized house, some issues

Nice big house! Lots of room for 10 of us, ages 9 to 74. Beautiful view, nice large bedrooms. Great theatre room. The house needs a good cleaning. There were no working vaccums, no cleaning supplies and no broom pan. Also there were NO pool sticks with tips and no video arcade game as advertised. We loved the large covered deck area with the table and chairs. Also, the light going downstairs was out and there was no propane for the grill. The outdoor grill was SO dirty and broken. No flavor bars inside, and we had to scrub it before using it. We contacted the property manager and they said they would come out to address the light and empty propane and never did. Overall it was a nice house, plenty of room. But it really needs to be cleaned and amenities fixed/updated.

Spacious and comfortable.

This home was very spacious with many areas and places to sit. The kitchen was equipped with almost everything you would need to cook meals. It would have been nice to know what items were provided prior to checking in. We loved everything about our stay and wished we could've stayed longer. The only negatives I would say, is that the place could use a good dee clean, not a turn clean. Under the beds were dirty, the floors were sticky, and trash left in the couches of theater room. I would have preferred white sheets on all the beds, more towels, and at least 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. The refrigerator has a steady leak coming from the bottom and the entry to the home is not handicapped accessible. The featured arcade game didn't work and some pool sticks were broken. A lot of kitchen items need to be replaced and refreshed, were broken or burnt. The ice maker worked sometimes and the propane for the gas grill needs to be replaced as the handle is rusted out. Also, a wine opener would be a nice touch. All in all, our family had a great time and would definitely stay here again. It didn't have the personal touch of a short term rental, but it was a beautiful home. Everyone had something to do. The fire pit was a great place for our family as well as the working hot tub. Riwanda was great with assisting us with anything we needed, and was very communicable.

Almost perfect

Aside from the driveway, we had a perfect stay. The driveway is very steep and covered with leaves making it difficult for some vehicles to ascend. Depending on the time of year this may or may not be a problem. Do NOT attempt to bring an oversized vehicle, i.e. camper, trailer.

It will do, just not the best :(

I’m sure the cabin at one time was spectacular but it’s time to put a little love in this cabin and a deep cleaning. The location of the cabin was ideal for not being in the middle of all the tourists. The cabin was very roomy. There was only one bed in the cabin worth sleeping on, time for an update of mattress, bedding and even the bathroom towels. So much potential at this cabin but it’s for sure missing some essentials of a vacation rental.

Decent property but needs better maintenance

This is a nice property but needs some regular maintenance done. Missing plug in cover, laminate coming off countertops, porch roof leaks, couldn't get all the TV's to work. There's also no cleaning supplies or toilet paper so you have to buy your own. It's a decent property just needs kept up better for the price we paid.

Everything You Want in a Cabin!

This cabin was the perfect home base for our family vacation. Pictures don't do the view justice - beautiful and plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy it! We will be back :)

Was suppose to check in today and came already down from IL. I get here early i reach out to the host to see if they can let me check in early, she tells me they canceled my stay the day of at 10am. I drove past the property before i knew this and there was already different guest there. Beware very untrustworthy people to rent from
