Private waterfront bunkie cabin + RV trailer

Secluded east facing cabin & RV trailer (with a total of 5 beds) located on a 1-acre lot on a quiet lake west of Algonquin Park. Hiking/ATV trails close by. Walk-in access to water with 380ft of shoreline. Includes: paddle boat, 2 inflatable paddle boards, canoe, 12ft aluminum boat (bring own <15HP/electric motor), water trampoline, fire pit + firewood & screen tent for dining. 30min drive to Huntsville, 20min to Arrowhead Park, 5min to Kearney, 4min to fresh water spring.

You will have private access to the entire property and will not be sharing the space with others on site. Relax on this secluded property with the nearest town only a 5 min drive away. Enjoy dining indoors inside the RV trailer or outdoors at one of these three options: the patio table on a raised deck overlooking the lake, at the picnic table inside a screen tent, or at the picnic table on the deck in front of the RV trailer. Waterfront has a sandy, gradually sloping beach for easy in and out access for swimming and other water activities. Lounge on the dock that stretches out approximately 30 ft into the water. Enjoy sitting around the fire in Muskoka chairs or lounging in the hammock provided.

-Towels, bed linen and pillows are NOT provided. Please bring your own. Beds do have mattress protectors on though.

-NO WORKING POWER OUTLETS. Heat available but NO air conditioning. Bunkie & RV have screen windows & doors.

-Lights, indoor fans, and USB charging ports are powered by solar panels.

-4 adult and 2 child life jackets provided. Please bring extra if you need more.

-No motorized boats over 15HP allowed.

-BBQ and a propane stovetop available for outdoor cooking, in addition to firepit grill.

-Small kitchenette inside RV with stove for indoor cooking.
-Small fridge/freezer on site.

-Bring your own plates, cups & cutlery. Some assorted pots & pans and various cooking supplies provided. French press provided.

-Hot running water for outdoor shower provided.
-Cold running water at the outdoor sink & inside RV.
-No drinking water available, but fresh water spring is only 4min drive away.

-Please take all your garbage back with you upon check out. Additional charge will apply otherwise ($40 for disposal fee)
