This first floor 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom standard condominium features a unique butcher's table bar in the kitchen. Chateau Dumont boasts a great location in downtown Aspen, only one block from the Silver Queen Gondola. This condo features a dining area with seating for four, a wood-burning fireplace, and flat screen TVs in the living area and primary bedroom. This condominium does not have a washer dyer in the unit or the complex.

Primary bedroom: King bed
Second bedroom: Two Twin beds

Guests of Chateau Dumont receive complimentary Aspen Airport transportation, on-site free parking* or street permit parking, free Wi-Fi, housekeeping, concierge services, and 24/7 maintenance support. This complex does not have an elevator, and firewood is not provided. Guests will need to purchase firewood from City Market.

All Frias Properties guests receive complimentary access to local health club facilities. (Passes can be obtained from any Frias Properties front desk during regular business hours.)

Thank you! Amazing location!

Thank you for a wonderful stay, the unit is large, location is perfect - we loved gathering around the butcher block! That said, while the ‘vintage’ chalet feel of the place had its charms— come on. Time to fix the bathroom fans, get rid of the dusty decor/accessories, upgrade the coffee maker, new dishes, iron/ironing board and carpets. I can’t wait to book this unit again, (with some improvements!) 😉 Overall, had a great time & grateful for our stay. Thank you again.
