We enjoyed our stay here! Very clean and spacious. When we arrived it was all new mattresses and bedding and they were fantastic! Check in was easy and great communication. Parking directly beside the entrance was very helpful for unloading and loading back up! Youre right on the waterfront trail and everything you need is within walking distance .I would absolutely stay here again with my family !!

Not what it appeared in the ad.

Outside appeared dilapidated but the apartment was roomy and up to date. (There was no pictures of outside).There were a lot of huge spiders and cobwebs in cupboards and corners which frightening my grand daughters. Host stated that mattresses were switched by someone for bad ones. One was not too bad but the other sunk badly in the middle, advised 3rd mattress was unusable. We were suppose to get new ones but they did not come. Overall it was a learning experience as this was our first time doing this and next time we will just get a hotel room as we found it very expensive for what we got. We enjoyed the nearby restaurants and coffee shop.

Interesting building

A lot of unique angles and other quirks of this building. The owner has done a nice job with renovations. We enjoyed our stay and the proximity to downtown and the waterfront.

It was great place. Only thing that could be better is a better mattress in main room. The place has everything else you need, it was clean, it was well kept, it sits on a beautiful location close to many restaurants and grocery, beach and honestly quiet for what could be very busy location. Great option overall to visit.
