Welcome to this lofty Ocean Edge two bedroom, two bath townhouse! This beautiful condo features a newly remodeled kitchen and dining area, updated bathrooms, and A/C in both bedrooms as well as the living room/loft area. The newly renovated kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and all the amenities of home-away-from-home! The dining room is fully furnished with a dining set to seat six. The first floor bedroom features two twin beds, A/C, and a full bath located just outside the bedroom. The second floor leads to an open loft with A/C that includes a daybed with a two twin bed trundle. The primary bedroom is located on the second floor and features A/C, a comfortable queen sized bed, walk-in closet, and full bath. Glass sliding doors lead from the living room to the private outdoor patio, which offers an outdoor gas grill and handsome outdoor furnishings.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.

Tennis and pickleball courts are also available for use. (additional fees apply)

Pool passes are NOT included in your stay and must be purchased separately. The Ocean Edge Resort Golf Club manages the distribution, fees, and operations of all amenities, which are subject to change without notice.
