This unit was fully remodeled with functionality in mind! You will love the clean minimalist design with big functionality packed into this unit! Each unit has a private, fully fenced patio with BBQ grill and outdoor dining so you can fully enjoy the Colorado sunshine. Fully stocked kitchens for cooking. High end finishes throughout. Upgraded memory foam mattresses and deluxe pillows for a good nights rest. Central air conditioning keeps you cool in the summer time. Pets allowed for an additional $20/night pet fee, up to 2 pets MAX.

Centrally located to all activities the Grand Valley has to offer. CMU, Colorado National Monument, Mountain biking, hiking, Fruit and Wine Byway, and much more.

The main level offers a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, living room and 1/2 bath. Sliding door off of the dining area leads to a fully fenced private patio with pet friendly astro turf, BBQ grill and outdoor dining seating.

Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. Bedroom 1 includes king sized memory foam mattress with a sliding door leading to a private balcony with seating. Black out curtains are provided for the sliding door. Bedroom 2 has 1 queen sized memory foam bed with black out blinds.

Onsite free shared laundry facilities, located at the end of the building in the laundry room. Laundry detergent provided for you during your stay. 3 parking spots available for each unit.

Central Air conditioning, Roku smart TV for access to all the major apps AND access to local channels with spectrum TV, Upgraded Wifi (1 gig) for quick internet connections.

Pets allowed for an additional $20/night pet fee, 2 pet MAX

Safeway/Starbucks, liquor store, and gas station 1 block away. Iconic Graff Dairy ice cream parlor right down the street. Berna B's breakfast in the Safeway shopping center (buffet breakfast on weekends)

3 miles to Colorado Mesa University, Saint Mary's Medical Center, and Downtown Grand Junction.

We didn't have pets. Kitchen was great. Minimal contact with the host, but was pleasant and helpful when I did. Chek-in and check-out communication was great.

It was a very short stay. Traveling from Nebraska to Utah. We didn't check-in till 9:30 and checked out by 8:00 the next morning. It was clean and was just what we needed. We would stay again if we were in Grand Junction.

Beautiful Home

The townhome is beautifully decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the access to the fire pit and cornhole boards. The bedrooms are large and the beds were very comfortable.

Amazing condo in Grand Junction

This was an amazing condo! Very clean and super comfy. The neighborhood was peaceful, and this was a terrific location. The condo seemed to be brand new and had everything we needed. The host was wonderful. I highly recommend this for your next visit to Grand Junction.
