Short walk to the beach

Great property, clean, and close to beaches and restaurants. View of the bay from the huge balcony where we saw dolphins.

Great stay in Pensacola

Nice property close to beach and restaurants. Comfortable beds and great view. The bathrooms could have used a better cleaning and floors been swept better but it was a great experience.

Diana, I am so sorry I did not answer your call and text as you were leaving re how the outside gate opens. No one has ever asked that before, but I have now added the instruction to the information I send to arriving guests. My phone does not ring (or ding with texts) between midnight and 6 am, unless the person tries a second time. Perhaps I should mention that in my information also. No one has ever left that early, and I totally understand your dilemma. I really do need to be available in an emergency situation. Just so glad you figured it out and enjoyed your stay. Please let me know how else we could improve anything in the unit.

Great Condo and location

Loved the property and close location to the beach, boardwalk and charter fishing boats. The host was a pleasure to communicate with. Would definitely stay again.

Birthday trip

I booked Jean’s home based on reviews and I’m so glad I did. Her home was well furnished with all the necessities and located in the middle of town. The pier, boardwalk and beachside restaurants are an easy walk from this condo. Highly recommend

This condo is gated with easy access to the beach. We had amazing views of the harbor- birds and boats were our morning companions while we sat on the expansive back balcony and drank coffee. The patio furniture was the cherry on top! A full couch, 2 chairs with ottomans, and a breakfast table! Miss Jean even made us scones and left coffee pods for the Keurig. We had friends staying in 2 other condos at the same time and everyone loved our furnishings the most! We’re already looking forward to our next stay!

Happy Place

Fabulous Location!

I was apprehensive about not being able to walk out on the beach in the morning, but the location of this condo was even better. We watched gorgeous sunsets from the balcony and had very short walks to the boardwalk, the pier, and most importantly, the beach! Thank you!

Wonderful Vacation

Location and property were great. Communication with the owner was excellent. Very responsive to our questions prior to our arrival as well as the few times we communicated during our stay. We will definitely book this property again for our next trip to Pensacola Beach if it is available.

Lovely Condo

We had such a nice stay at this condo. Beautiful patio view of the sunset and amazing patio furniture! Very cozy and comfortable, walking distance to so many things, loved it.

Perfect Pensacola Gem

The location and condo were nothing short of perfect! Very clean and easy to walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Jean and Gordon were the best part of all: they made everything so easy for us and were unbelievably kind. You can’t go wrong staying here and we will definitely be back!

Great location and wonderful place

We loved staying here! The location was perfect for our teenagers as they could walk to just about everything. We saw dolphins often in the morning while enjoying the wonderful balcony. Jean was super sweet and even texted us to warn us about storms that might be in our way on our drive home. Can’t say enough good things about their condo and their hospitality!

Great Location and Property!

We had a wonderful time at this condo! Owners were very prompt in responses and went above and beyond when we needed assistance! The location is gorgeous for watching the boats and sunsets, we used the pool and went to the little beach everyday! Great for kids as we didn't even need to get into the car, just took a short walk across the street to pick up food!
