The first floor is open and bright, featuring a fully updated kitchen with white cabinetry, subway tile backsplash, stainless-steel refrigerator, new appliances, and granite countertops. A spacious living room with a smart TV and pull-out sofa provides extra sleeping space and opens to the private deck, with a gas grill and outside seating

On the second floor, the primary suite includes a king bed, smart TV, private en suite bath, and balcony with lovely pool and courtyard views.

On the next level there's a second bedroom with a queen bed, along with a full bath and laundry area for added convenience.

The third-floor loft is designed as a home office space with a desk, while the rooftop deck invites you to unwind and soak up the Cape Cod sunshine.

The Yachtsman Condominiums provide access to a private beach and pool. The property is located on Ocean Street, close to Hyannis Harbor for ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard, and within walking distance to lively Main Street shops, dining, and entertainment.

Pool Hours: Open daily in July and August. Open weekends only in June. Closed after Labor Day. Please note: the pool may have reduced days/hours during the last two weeks of August due to staffing. "The decision regarding the pool’s closure is determined solely by the condominium association and is outside of our control."

"After spending over 20 years vacationing on Cape Cod, this is by far the best place we have spent our vacation time. The lighting throughout the unit was beautiful, the furniture updated and comfortable. This included the beds as well as the sofa and chairs. There are plenty of pots and utensils to have meals in the kitchen area when we didn't want to go out to eat. The short walk to the beach and pool is a plus. All communication through the property management was timely and any questions were answered immediately. We will be back!

A lovely stay

"The unit is modern and nicely maintained. The A/C worked well and during the day there is a nice airy feel (plenty of indirect sunlight). The master bedroom has a comfortable bed and sufficient storage though the shower could use renovation. The kitchen is functional and had most of the supplies for occasional dining in. Being close to the pool is a plus (quick in/out).

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
