Sunset Island offers an ideal vacation opportunity for everyone. The private 37 acre island is ideally situated on the bay at 67th street. Complete amenities include: private bayside beaches, outdoor pool, interactive fountain, marina, walking trails, indoor pool, and exercise center. The community offers a private getaway for your vacation while still within walking distance of local restaurants, amusements, shopping, Ocean City's world famous beach and the refreshing waters of the Atlantic Ocean across Coastal Highway. Gate house security controls access to your island paradise. Enjoy a relaxing and unique vacation in this well appointed three bedroom, two bath condominium unit. The unit features a fully equipped kitchen, central air, multiple TV's, free wireless internet, full size washer and dryer, and much more. You will enjoy the cool bay breezes on the balcony while appreciating the bay views from this top floor, corner unit. This unit is NON-SMOKING. Guests are required to register for facility & parking passes. In season registration for 2026 is $165 by credit card and can be done in advance or upon arrival. Sunset Island will provide six facility passes for the pool and clubhouse per rental week. The passes may be collected after payment of a fee at the community office. Additional one week passes may be purchased for $75 per pass per week. Daily passes are no longer available. Two car off-street parking is available. One parking space is under the building and the second space is in the "clam shell parking." No additional parking is available within the community. Contact the office for details.
