Located adjacent to the main building, the villa boasts the same appealing features as the standard and studio rooms but are larger and come with a spacious private patio overlooking the Red Rocks. The room is equipped with one king-size bed, a living area with a fireplace, and a small kitchenette.

Rules for this unit are as follows:
Smoking is not permitted.
Not suitable for children and infants. Safety concerns. Fireplace. No childproof outlets.
The minimum age limit for this unit is 21.
The unit is pet-friendly (dogs); however, we kindly ask that pets are kept off all furniture.
Maximum two dogs up to 35 lbs. each. There is a $65 fee per dog, per stay.
