Location is key

If you're looking for a place where you can hit the trails just 100 feet from your back door, this is it! The view from the rear patio is not expansive because it is partially obscured by trees and sits a little lower than the area behind it, but Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte are prominent. While comfortable, the accommodations do have quite a few shortcomings that could easily be remedied by making a few purchases. The shortage of plates (4), bowls (4), and small spoons (4 at the most) had us handwashing dishes constantly. There was no dishrag to be found so we used what was probably a napkin that was left in the dish strainer. Only one garbage bag for the two of us for 6 nights was sufficient, but with no recycling option, it was getting full towards the end of our stay. Having four towels, but only two hand towels and two wash cloths didnt make sense. The hot water to the sink in the hall bath was turned off because it drips.The carpet does need a good cleaning or replaced. Notes to help renters to remember to take off their shoes might help. Yes, the master bed does have a squeaky headboard that could probably be tightened or fixed in some way. The beds were comfortable to us. The lack (maybe 7 total) of clothes hangers was disappointing. Otherwise, there was plenty of storage space. Lots of other minor issues that I wont have the space here to list, but overall, because of the location, I was happy with it. Just don't expect "luxury".

Great location for trail access

Comfortable unit, easy parking, quiet neighborhood, but the best part was the trail access paces away from the back door. If what you came here for is biking and hiking the Sedona trails, this place delivers. No need to have to deal with parking headaches at the trailhead, just walk out the back door and start your adventure.

Great spot close enough and far enough

Easy virtual check in. Unit as it appears in pictures just a bit more worn. Comfy beds baths just fine. Kitchen a little light on ordinary items like salt/pepper and dish towels and adequate glassware. All were taken care of with a phone call to property managers. Location is amazing if you want incredible views and trails right outside your door. Traffic in Sedona is miserable so it was nice to be a bit removed from the chaos. Will definitely book this place again when returning to Sedona.

Too many little things went wrong during my stay........

Before my stay, I thought things were going well. I received emails and texts letting me know that they were ready for my stay. The emails and texts looked automated, but that was OK with me. The issues started when we were checking in. They emailed me the wrong keycode to access our room. I went looking for a phone number to call, but none of their emails have a phone number listed. The VRBO listing also lacks a phone number. At this point, I walked over to their main building to find someone. It was after 8pm and snowing. I didn't find anyone in the building. After looking around, I found a sign on the wall with instructions for calling the onsite staff. It had 2 phone numbers on it. The first number was disconnected. Nobody answered the second number, so I left a voicemail. After 15 minutes without a return call, I decided to download the VRBO app and send a message through that. 10 minutes later, I got a call and was able to get into the condo. The lady on the phone said that they were changing computer systems and that is why the incorrect information was sent. Inside, the place seemed pretty clean. The condo was warm and comfortable. In the morning, I dropped my charger behind the night stand and found a dead bug there. It was not what I wanted to see at the end of our stay. Overall, the view was nice and the facility was OK. Including local contact numbers in the emails, and cleaning around the furniture, would have improved our visit immensely.

Great property, excellent manager

Although we ran into some issues at check in (no internet so the front door would not open, no pull out bed as advertised, and — no internet), the on-site manager was absolutely fantastic and was so helpful and responsive! We really appreciated her helpfulness and promote assistance. Although this property is a little outside downtown Sedona, it is very clean, quiet, and comfortable. We enjoyed the views and were quite comfortable. We all 5 adults agreed we would come stay here again.

Stained carpet & Strong Smell

Location of property and views were amazing! The layout of rooms and space was suitable and as stated in description. However, the carpet was very worn and VERY stained. There was an almost unbearable fragrance coming from the carpet as well. Our family would not walk on the carpet barefoot. Otherwise, the property was very clean and accommodating.
