Very good appartement in perfect location

The appartement was very clean and comfortable. There is not a lot of daylight but that has to be expected in the narrow streets of Barcelona's old city. We really enjoyed the location in the old city.

Exceeded Expectations

The location is amazing and the interior is so cute! I was a little skeptical because of the lack of reviews, but the place was adorable and spacious. Very comfortable for our group of 4. The couch is not very comfortable to sit on, but we didn't mind since we spent most of our time outside of the VRBO. Easy to find and easy to access. There are three flights of stairs so lugging luggage is a task, but worth it. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again myself if I return to Barcelona.

Family vacation

My family of six all adults visiting Barcelona, the two bedrooms with queen size beds and one sofacama my adult sons didn't like sharing a sofacama so one sleep on the floor. The apartment was great the location is perfect, now getting up to the apartment if you don't have good knees and energy think about it. Above all I do recommend this place. We had a great time.

Location, location, location!

This property is well-maintained. The best thing is its location. It’s close to a busy part of Barcelona with local restaurants and shops near by. It’s walking distance to the Picasso Museum. It has simple condiments, plates, pots, pans and a microwave for cooking. It has a washer, not dryer. It provides good value for your money. The only downsides are not having a hair dryer, shoe rack and elevator. However, many condos in Europe do not have any elevators. Walking to the third floor with your luggage isn’t a big deal. I’ll visit again!

Appartamento grazioso, pulito e accogliente

Vacanza molto piacevole, l'appartamento è in centro, vicino al Palazzo della Musica, è da lì si raggiungono comodamente molti dei luoghi da visitare. Il vicolo forse è un po" rumoroso di notte, ma nulla di particolare.

Formidable emplacement

Au cœur de la vieille ville, nous avons fait la plupart des visites à pied… allions chaque jour à la plage pour un petit bain en fin de journée, nous avons adoré l’ambiance de ce quartier, La Ribera, toujours animé, avec ces petites rues ravissantes et des tonnes de boutiques de toutes sortes ! L’appartement est très bien situé, on entend absolument rien de la rue, il est propre et climatisé.

Amazing Experience, Fantastic Location

This flat was located in the northern part of gothic quarter which is perfect because it’s walkable to everything but quiet enough so you can sleep at night. There was a decent amount of space for 4 people. Luckily the living room had an A/C unit but the bedrooms only had a fan which made the rooms a bit hot. Overall, very happy with this place and would recommend to everyone.

Bienvenue dans les favélas!

Logement qui paraît correct sur l’annonce. Si vous avez la patience de 45 minutes pour trouver une place soyez les bienvenues. Aucun emplacement pour se garer proche du logement sauf un parking payant ou alors au bonheur la chance De trouver une place dans les rues moyennant finance. Le logement se situe dans une toute petite ruelle collé à des bâtiments en face. À peine 1 m nous sépare ( on vit clairement avec le voisinage).La cage d’escalier est minuscule alors qu’il est indiqué que le Logement est adéquate pour des enfants. Concernant les odeurs c’est un mélange de peinture de moisissures d’humidité et de fumée. Pour notre part ne s’y sentait pas bien du tout on a réglé deux nuit et nous sommes parti au bout d’une. On a oublié un petit un doudou de notre enfant avant de partir dont ils ont su nous faire part. Un mois après que nous attendons qu’il ne nous le renvoie après quelques relances nous avons été bloqué bref lamentable

Super séjour !

Un peu de réticence au départ face au manque d’avis concernant la location mais très vite rassurée par le propriétaire, Christophe, qui a été super du début à la fin car il est très arrangeant et de très bon conseil ! L’appartement est au 3 étage (sans ascenseur), il est propre et agréable même si un peu sombre mais ce n’est pas gênant ! Cependant, attention pour les personnes qui ne fument pas, il y a une tres forte odeur de cigarette dans les escaliers mais une fois dans l’appartement on ne sent plus rien ! Nous étions 4 et nous avons passé un super séjour à Barcelone notamment grâce au fait que l’appartement se trouve dans le centre ville ! Nous recommandons vivement cette location :)
