We had our annual “Sista’s” weekend. Perfect house for it. Weather was chilly so it was nice to have the space to play games & enjoy cooking & chatting!

had a family outing and the property was outstanding!Kristin was very responsive in answering any questions about the house that came up.Very clean and well stocked with kitchen amenities and new Weber grill. New hot tub was also great under the awning and out of the elements.Would definitely go there again.

This house was incredible! We hosted my parent’s 60th birthday celebration over the weekend with family and friends. The house was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Stunning sunsets, beautiful lake views. Very peaceful and serene. Home was very accommodating & comfortable for all of us to enjoy.

We had a great stay at this property for a girls weekend and it is exactly as pictured and described. Check in was so smooth and check out wasn’t overly difficult. The property and house are gorgeous and close to downtown and a handful of wineries. Thanks again!

Very nice lake house with top of the line furniture and amenities. Owner was very responsive and addressed all issues. AC system was inconsistent in upstairs bedrooms. Owner did solve that problem. We would definitely stay there again.

Ringing in 2025!

We gathered with close friends and their families for new years at this beautiful house! It was perfect. We had so much space, all the kids loved the room with multiple bunks. The closet in the great room had a lot of toys for the kids to enjoy too! Each family had plenty of space, pantries had everything we needed to hist large meals. We also loved the two sinks in the kitchen. Kristen and John were great hosts. Highly recommend this rental even in the off season!

Poor Maintenance

NOT RECOMENDED - The property had several issues with the kitchen not being clean, the oven was in pathetic condition. The TVs were not working and remotes for fireplace were out of batteries. We had to work with the host to do basic troubleshooting to reset the water heater and TVs to make it working. We wasted one complete day of our stay working with the host to have things fixed which should have been taken care of before our check-in. The host did refund the cleaning fee however with several other issues he was unwilling to compensate. There are several better properties at better price/value.

Nice place. Really enjoyed our stay. It takes a little bit of figuring out to get through the web site and get to the owners to ask questions through the chat box. Maybe it was my own ignorance on how to navigate those types of things. Could not find the "welcome book" right away. It was in the office up on a shelf. There was some information in there that would have been a little helpful if we knew earlier. Really no trouble at all in the big picture. Really enjoyed the stay and the property. Thanks again for letting us stay there. John

A+ Experience and accommodations!

Beautiful home the photos do not do it justice. Everything was clean and ample space for a large group. Outdoor entertainment space was very nice. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions throughout the process and made everything very easy. 10/10 would recommend and stay again!

Family LakeHouse Vacation

By far one of our best family gatherings! 20 people, representing 4 generations! Everyone had a phenomenal time. Ample space with 2 primary gathering areas in the house, and extremely spacious and comfortable outdoor spaces. Never felt crowded. Spent time at the vineyards and apple/grape orchards which were close by, and even drove to Watkins Glen Park (45 min.) for a great hiking outing. House is absolutely gorgeous. Fully stocked kitchen allowed for big family meals. Great media setup made our karaoke night a blast. Kristin and John were amazing hosts. The most responsive hosts I’ve ever dealt with. Will definitely plan a return trip

Multigenerational Family Gathering

This property is fantastic! Our multigenerational family gathering here has become an annual tradition that is looked forward to by all. This property provides plenty of locations for folks to gather. We love hanging out on the dock, spending evenings by the fireplace and enjoying meals on the deck. The kitchen is well equipped to handle a large group - lots of large pots/pans, serving bowls, and plenty of dishes. There is plenty of room on the beach for our two sailboats. We rent a motorboat and keep it on the side with the whips. This property is less than 15 mins from a large Wegmans grocery store and 5 mins from a small quick market that also offers pizza and ice cream. Hosts very responsive to any questions. Awesome location and hosts.

A very nice long weekend at the lake with friends!

Overall, we had an amazing time while staying at this property! The location, the views, and the house itself, were all just as explained on the posting! We were able to enjoy morning coffee on the dock and the house was large enough for our group of 18 of us to enjoy meals outside together. The water was very cold but we did go in a few times as the weather was very nice! We were informed of some parking updates that were recently made in the city of Canandaigua that were not reflected in the posting, however that was a minor hiccup in the entire trip. Would highly recommend for anyone with a large group looking to be able to spend time together in a beautiful lake location!

Perfect Home on the Lake

This property was impeccable-clean, tidy, well appointed with a plethora of seating and sleeping options. The kitchen had everything needed. Right on the lake, two docks, expansive deck and patio. John and Kristin were wonderful and quick to respond to our questions. A perfect stay for us. Thank you, John and Kristin!

We have a maturing family (Andrew 17, Cooper 16 and Paige 13) that absolutely loves the water! 'Camp' is a place we can't use all the time due to our hectic schedules but a place that has and will continue to create memories for our children, our parents, siblings, nieces, nephews, etc. that we hope last a lifetime, just like those we have from our childhood! We hope your visit gives you the same opportunity and we will do all we can to ensure that happens! Since we can't use the property all the time, we can't think of a better way to help offset the costs and give others the opportunity for such memories!

Simply said...the LOT! One of the best lots we could find, with great green space, beautiful mature trees, a fantastic location for wide water views and an unbeatable beach front (138 feet) with gradual entry to water (zero entry) that allows swimmers to wade or swim vs. being in over their head from the start!

この宿泊施設の特徴

The beach is unique as very few properties have such a great water line. The useable yard space is another great feature since kids can run around and play in the yard...or on the beach. Volleyball, bocce, badminton, darts, cornhole are all common events on the property. The area under the deck stays dry thanks to our deck design, allowing enjoyment even when the rest of the outdoors is getting wet from the rain! Recent construction, brand new furnishings and mattresses in the last year, additional full bathroom just completed, etc..
