Entrance/Great Room

The beautiful Organic Modern design has a soothing color palette, natural fabrics, and chic, contemporary furnishings—including the comfy collection of sofas and chairs in the living area, where you and your guests will love to chill.

Kitchen & Dining
Start dreaming of all the great food you'll eat together in the inviting, fully equipped open-plan chef's kitchen with its sleek, black-and-white color scheme and upgraded appliances. Enjoy generous counter space and kitchen island seating that's a perfect hang-out spot for casual meals and cocktails. Later, move your party to the long, elegant dining table for a full-on feast.

Pool & Patio
Step into the sunshine in your alfresco oasis, enclosed within fancy 'Florida glass' privacy screen at the back of the house. Your guests will never tire of the colossal, sparkling pool where you can stretch out on loungers, soak in the spillover spa, or play games like pool basketball, ping-pong, and foosball. No need to come inside to eat—grab snacks, drinks, and meals from the summer kitchen and covered lanai with outdoor seating.

On the first floor, the Piggy Playhouse is this home's extra-spacious and extra-special "12th bedroom." The little ones will squeal with joy when they see their favorite animated pig and have a chance to enter her bright, sunshiny cartoon world that sleeps up to six lucky kids. Play areas include a (mock) merry-go-round, two raised playhouses with hidden bunk beds, and a twisty green slide, while wall art features a Ferris wheel, apple tree, and "veggie" balloons. After hours of imaginative fun, they'll happily fall into bed in this colorful haven.

In the Enchanted Forest room upstairs, the kids will love exploring an Alpine wonderland of cozy cottages (aka bunk beds), ladders, and fanciful wall art that will remind them of their favorite snow-princess movie. Make-believe has never been more exciting, and bedtime is cozy and inviting in this Nordic fairyland.

Next door, the Secret Galaxy room will transport them to an incredible forest moon complete with mountains in the distance and a green jungle overhead. They'll love hanging out in this lush hideaway with its "treehouse" bunk beds, woodland wall art, and river-like slide—all reminiscent of beloved blockbuster sci-fi movies.

Bedrooms (King, Queen, & Full)
The grownups in your group will feel spoiled in the best way when they settle into their choice of nine additional exquisite bedrooms with en suite baths. Spread out between the first and second floors, these restful sanctuaries are done up in warm and inviting Organic Modern style.

Adjoining all the master bedrooms, the spacious master baths are appointed with the finest materials and offer tubs and showers, double sink vanities, and walk-in closets. Downstairs, the master queen bedroom features a double-door walkout to the pool area.
