Brand new-downtown apartment. This entire building has been completely remodeled. Enjoy down-town living. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. Very spacious open concept living area. Features a leather sectional/sleeper sofa, smart tv (must have your own login for streaming). Unlimited WiFi, washer & dryer, kitchen appliances include refrigerator with built in ice maker, microwave, stove & oven. Small island that has seating for two.
This Building is the Former Atlas Building that has been recently fully remodeled into 54 brand new apartments. Everything is new. Very comfortable and convenient.
Located in a secure completely remodeled building
Located on the second floor (Elevator or stair access)
Located in the heart of downtown Charleston, West Virginia.

Wonderful eclectic people, lots of art, also the famouse Quarrier Diner restaurant is across the street.and it has a nightclub downstairs on weekends and Tuesday nite jazz club. The apartment is very spacious and is within walking distance to all the antique shops downtown. This is my 2nd visit and anytime Im in Charleston, this is where my family and I will be staying.

Downtown Getaway

Large..airey..rooms. located where you want to be because the city is a hidden gem. The art deco bldg is well taken care as well as the whole art and music scene. Had a fabulous time.

Charleston Meet Up

This was an excellent property for a long weekend with friends in Charleston. Plenty of space in the open living room/kitchen to enjoy each others company. Within a close walk to restaurants and breweries/bars. Very clean and well stocked (including K Cups). The additional full bathroom was an added bonus. Our only complaint was the water pressure.

Charleston long term stay

Fabulous. Great kitchen utensil supplies. Did need a baking dish. Also taller toilets with hand rails for handicaped . No slip strips in the shower woukd help, as well..

Great place for a great visit

My brother and I (born and raised in Charleston) came in for a family visit and a wedding. This was also my first solo trip with a newborn. The place was easy to access, so close to everything downtown (we walked everywhere), clean, tons of space and parking is a breeze. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area. Hope to have another stay when we visit again!

The apartment was perfect for our stay! The location was central to everything we needed to do. It was clean and quiet! The building security is good, so we felt very safe. The owner was so helpful!!!!

Spacious and Clean

The location of the Apartment was perfect for our visit which included Baseball and Dining - all walkable! The Unit was very spacious, well decorated, and clean. Check-in and entry instructions were clear. We hope to stay again when in the area.
