Clean, new, stocked with most essentials. Good location for us. Three long flights of stairs to carry luggage up, though, at 8,000 ft elevation. so not for the faint of heart.

Awesome Condo

This modern condo was spacious and ideal for everyone. It was clean, with comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, a great location, and a beautiful view. Our family truly enjoyed our stay!

Lovely place

Loved this place! It's practically brand new and very clean. Great location with incredible views from all the windows. Would stay here again! (One side note: there are a lot of stairs, so be ready for a good workout every day!)

Clean, convenient location, spacious

Perfect location for a stay with my siblings to ski at winter park. The bus system drops off nearby. The property was sparkling clean, had plenty of space, and the views are incredible. Would absolutely stay again.

Great stay!

Our family enjoyed staying i this townhouse during our recent ski trip. Everything was comfortable and appreciated all that was provided, including cooking tools, coffeemaker, laundry in unit, and foyer with bench for removing boots/shoes. Quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again!

Perfect mountain getaway with family

This property is new and beautiful. The unit is so well stocked and perfect set up for our family with 2 college age kids. The owner is so easy to communicate with and we will definitely be returning to this perfect spot!

Winter Park weekend

The townhouse was located close to all the amenities winter park and the surrounding areas had to offer. The place was clean and the house manager was easily accessible if you had any questions.

Beautiful, spacious, and convenient to WP

The beautiful, new and modern 3 story townhome that is comfortable and convenient to the ski mountain. The layout allowed plenty of privacy and group gathering. The property manager was responsive and easy to work with. Lovely!

Short but enjoyable stay

Check in was smooth - I’ve had some bad experiences with keypads but this home is modern and everything worked. Clean and modern kitchen - cookware was all very clean. Nicely set up for everything we needed. Host was responsive.

This 3 story condo was new and modern. Lots of space for everyone! It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked and fluffy towels. The communication was great with anything we needed.

Great location, close to everything!

The property was clean, spacious, and tidy. We rent homes frequently and had one unfortunate incident with washed, but undried bath towels. They were actually folded and placed wet inside of bathroom cabinets. We called the property manager and his response was "sounds like they got it mostly right." Granted, this is a property management company, but that response for holiday rental rates was a huge disappointment. We were able to dry the towels in the onsite dryer. Love the well equipped home and hope they will address this issue.

Thank you so much for making our stay over July 4 th weekend a memorable one! The moment we walked in and went upstairs, we noticed instantly how spotlessly clean the entire house was. All the open space felt very welcoming and perfectly bright- loved all the windows to see the sunsets and rise!The decor was tastefully neutral and extremely comfortable. Bathrooms were very nicely done too. Overall, we loved our experience and truly appreciate your hospitality!We highly recommend this beautiful townhouse!!
