What's behind the red door, 3 bedroom 2 bathroom beach house, walking distance to the beach (5 min walk). lovely renovated house, gas log fire, evap cooling (Except in 3rd bedroom) Off Street parking, Lovely back yard with large decking.

Very close to St Andrews beach Brewery and Peninsula Hot Springs. Short walk to local restaurants and bars. Quiet Family area.

Great location

Quick walk to the beach and local shops. Everything else just a quick car trip away. Great place to base yourself for a getaway.

Family and dog friendly retreat

Had a great time at Britt’s place. Had everything you need. Disney movie collection was a hit for the kids. Really enjoyed the outdoor spaces as well. Functional well equiped home. Will come back again :)

Relaxing experience

Britt was easily contactable. Property was well kept and was well equipped with living needs to have a comfy stay. Location was perfect walking distance to the beach and quiet street. We had a really nice experience

Cute beach stay

The place was tidy and comfortable, conveniently located near amenities and within walking distance to the beach. The Christmas decor was very cute and the little things you would need in a beach stay like sun screen, tea selection was well thought out.The only downside was the absence of floor mats, which we couldn't find during our stay.

Nice beach side stay

A nice neat and clean beach house in a convenient location close to beach and shops. Lovely decked area out the back to relax and BBQ. Easy check in process and lovely owners.

Suited to family with small kids

Overall the hosts were great to deal with, fast communication and provided great recommendations for us during our stay. The house is very neat and welcoming. Only downfall is we traveled with little kids, so no matter how much you pack, for a weeks stay you need to do laundry. The washing machine was dirty, despite my attempt to clean the drum, the seal was full of dirt. Other than that a comfortable stay. Close to beach.

Awesome house

The house was very clean, everything was well though out, with entertainment options for the kids and a very homie feeling. Everything and anything we could need was there. Also, excellent location, minutes away form everywhere. The hosts were lovely and very responsive to any question. Property is clean and walking distance to the beach complete with amenities.

The only suggestion we have is installation of airconditioning in the back room. Otherwise, we would recommend the property to family and friends.

Beautiful, clean and homely!

This was such a lovely place to stay. It was exceptionally clean and tidy and the kitchen was great to cook in. It’s perfect for holidays with kids and babies and is in a great spot near the beach. Greg was a communicative and accomodating host. Thanks for a lovely holiday!!

Top Notch Rosebud Area Accommodation

The property owners Greg & Britt need to be complimented on the excellent way they prepare the property for visitors. They have thought of every little details to make our stay with our pet memorable. Excellent accommodation for families with kids & pets - as property is fully fenced. Tidy & Covid safe with hand sanitiser available throughout the property. Would highly recommend to family and friends.

Perfect family escape

Nicely renovated House, with a perfect kids area for them to play in while we relaxed in front of the fire. We were there in winter and it was perfect! Can’t wait to go again in summer and use the outdoor area as well!

Clean, updated and had everything we needed including a cubby house for the kids. We enjoyed the house throughly and found ourselves wishing we had more time to spend there. We will definitely be renting again next year. Thank you!

Perfect beach holiday home!

The house is perfect for families with kids, fully stocked and 8min walk to the beach. We absolutely adore this home and would certainly stay again! Beds are very comfortable and the big grand bath was certainly handy for the little ones. Thanks very much Greg for a wonderful stay.
