This bright, south-facing, air-conditioned home offers stunning unobstructed views of the city and water, overlooking Rogers Arena, Science World, and False Creek. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the space with natural light during the day, while remote-controlled blackout blinds ensure complete privacy and comfort at night.

The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a unique hidden office / game room with PS5. The living area opens onto a private balcony, creating multiple relaxing spaces throughout the home.

Fabulous Vancouver week

Perfect place to stay! Clean, excellent amenities. Coffee maker to dream about, walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go or take a False Creek ferry! Rental bikes just outside the property to be able to bike on bike paths all the way to Stanley park and back again!We would stay there again and again and again!

Beautiful condo with everything we needed for a wonderful week in Vancouver

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this condo with a stunning view of Vancouver. Everything we could have needed was provided: Wifi, an espresso machine, a kitchen well-stocked with cooking equipment and dishes, comfortable beds, streaming TV, a gaming room and a lovely window seat/reading nook. The gym and pool/Jacuzzi access were nice amenities that we used frequently. The condo is in a busy area but was still quiet and peaceful. Even when there was a concert going on at the arena across the street, there was very little noise in the unit (probably because it's on such a high floor). It was fun to get a taste of urban condo living during our stay. In addition, the designated garage parking spot gave us the freedom to explore the area in our rental car without having to pay extra for parking. Excellent communication from the host made our stay stress free. I highly recommend a stay at "The Vancouver Nest"

Great location for exploring Vancouver

So happy with this booking. The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. It’s located on the edge of Chinatown across from Roger’s arena. We were able to walk to the Science center and Uber /shuttle to Capilano, Grouse Mtn., Granville Island, Canada Place etc. My older son loved the gaming room. We didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen was perfectly stocked. Our host was wonderful. Any questions I had were answered quickly. Would definitely recommend. It’s perfect for four. Maybe a little tight for 6 but definitely doable.

Amazing condo in the Sports District

The property is immaculate and some amazing views of the city! Convenient location, and close to the Chinese garden. Beautiful oasis in the middle of a bustling city! Communication was great with the owner. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Just as described!

The property is very clean and well maintained. The location is great as is the view. The fancy coffee maker is a nice touch. Walking distance to great shops and restaurants. Miro was easy to communicate with and really made an effort to ensure everything was perfect with our stay. Would stay here again next time I come to Vancouver.

Superb Urban Outpost

Nicely stocked kitchen, including wine, chocolates and the hi-tech expresso maker. Easy walk to Chinatown, restaurants, and the Hop-on Hop-off tour bus. Very Comfortable for 4, would stay there again.

One of the most nicely appointed and communicated properties. Digital house books with tons of info. Close to downtown. Beautiful views of city from the walls of windows. Neighbor is adjacent to rougher part of town. Property is safe with many check points that need a fob to enter.

Wonderful oasis

This is a premier spot in a great location. Super attentive host and the amenities are as billed. My kids loved the high rise experience and my wife and I enjoyed the views, the coffee, and the nice appointments. We’ll be back!

Not sure about condo living

Being from a small town it took us some time to adapt to Condo living. Overall the Condo was very nice and we were comfortable in it. It was very clean and most of the services promised were there. The coffee machine had not been cleaned but the owner promptly took care of it.

Convenient location. Excellent condo!

This condo is right in the city. Walking distance to Gastown, and also to one of the best breakfast in Vancouver, Jam Cafe! Not far from Granville (aquabus stop #7) and walkable to Costco! What else can one ask for? :) Host Miro was super responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend this place!

Great stay

Apartment was lovely and has tons of amenities. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi! Location was great, very close to the subway station. Miro was very easy to communicate with and replied promptly. We would recommend staying here if you are planning to visit Vancouver.

First time in Vancouver

The unit is very clean and organized. It was smaller than the pictures look but still plenty of room for my family of four. Hidden gaming room was fun for my teenagers. Bottle of wine was a nice touch as well as coffee, tea… Body soap in the showers would have been nice. Some of the blinds would not close in 3 areas but they came and fixed them the next afternoon. The key pick up needs to be improved. You have to go around the corner to the back of a convenient store to get them in a lock box sort of thing. Not horribly out of the way but not convenient and the store very small and cramped. My family stood outside the unit building next to a park with some questionable activities while I went to get the keys. Unfortunately I had not been provided with the access code to get the keys. The owner did respond rather promptly but the first code was created with the wrong dates and didn’t work… The second one did work thankfully. The key process and missteps added maybe 15min so not long in the grand scheme of things but it really should be seamless. The biggest issue for us was the location. We just couldn’t tell how safe it was and with kids that is not a great feeling. For that reason alone we would look at alternatives if ever back in Vancouver.
