Great house for our family!

We had a great time at Conifer Ranch! We rented this house and another on the property for our family to stay in during a wedding weekend. The kitchen and common areas were perfect for eating together, visiting and playing games. The master bath steam shower is awesome! The outdoor space is beautiful. I fully recommend renting this house for a group!

We stayed here for our wedding weekend, and it was truly amazing! We did our private vows and got ready here before our traditional ceremony down the road, and it couldn’t have been more beautiful. The property is stunning — peaceful, well-kept, and perfect for photos and special moments.Our family rented the other two properties on-site, which worked out perfectly for everyone to be close together but still have their own space. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully prepared for our stay. We can’t recommend this place enough — it made such a special weekend even more memorable!

The home sits in such a beautiful setting! We loved our time on the upper veranda overlooking the gorgeous view. The home was a generous size for the 10 of us. We could spread out and relax inside and outside or gather all together in the spacious kitchen/dining area. The elegant extra room on the main level with the huge mirror and dressing table was perfect for our pre-wedding preparations. The host was very friendly, helpful with tips for the area, and easy to communicate with. We look forward to a return trip someday!

Beautiful location with plenty of room

Each night a herd of Elk came over the ridge into the meadow, it was amazing to watch! The house was large and beautiful. Kitchen is a highlight, it’s set up for major catering so easy for 8 of us. Highly recommended for large groups.

This place was absolutely beautiful. Perfect for the wedding. Well stocked with plates, cups, glass wear, etc., everything you need. Very clean and the interior décor was perfect. The view was spectacular, with the mountains, and the visit from the elk. The only thing we wish we had was a telescope to view the elk up closer (didn't bring binoculars). Would highly recommend this for any kind of a venue, weddings, family reunions, family vacations. The history of the house was also very fascinating (got lucky enough to have a brief conversation with the owner). If I ever go back to Conifer, CO. would definitely stay there again. Thank you for the opportunity for us to visit this wonderful place.

Family together

The house was beautiful, especially the master suite. The shower in the master suite is AMAZING! I highly recommend that shower, I want it for my own home. The kitchen is a cook’s dream. The property is gorgeous! We went on a few nature walks and never had to go off the property.There are plenty of bathrooms for everyone, The only thing is it’s not the best for seniors. There is a first floor room that would make a beautiful 1st floor suite. It has a closet and a bathroom yet it’s used as a reading room. On the second floor there’s a room being used as a bedroom that doesn’t have a closet or attached bathroom. I think they should switch those two rooms around. It would make a lot of sense and cater to the elderly or just for people that have problems doing stairs. That would actually attract more people to rent the house. We would definitely rent from them again hands down.

Incredibly unique house on an amazing piece of land

This stay was amazing in really every aspect. The house itself is absolutely stunning, with great amenities/activities, massive kitchen space, plenty of rooms, and just so much charm from the décor and preserved antique elements of the house. It struck a perfect blend of modern comforts with historic flair, I'm very impressed by how the owners have made the space feel. Waking up, coming downstairs, grabbing a cup of coffee, turning the gas stove on, and just looking out the windows was something everyone in our group loved.Speaking of looking out the windows, the property itself is stunning, whether you actually want to get out and walk some of the land, or just sit on the amazing upper deck or patio and take it all in, the views will not disappoint. It is located on the Conifer Ranch, and having access to walk some of the property was amazing, it is a really unique and beautiful piece of land. We were lucky enough to have just a little bit of a snow dusting and it made it so enchanting.Last but not least the host Kim was just so welcoming and helpful. She made the property feel very accessible and us to feel very welcomed to this home and the Conifer Ranch in general.Long story short, I highly recommend this place, I'm sure we will be back, and I think this rental works great whether you just need a good get away, or want to cram people in and have a reunion/gathering/event or anything in between.
