Your concerns mean a lot to us, and we want you to know that we have conveyed them to the homeowner, who wanted to address some of the points raised: -"We genuinely appreciate your understanding, and we're sorry that we weren't able to address these issues during your stay as you didn't mention the floor or sheets in our conversation until after you left. Please know that we are continuously striving to provide the best possible experience for our guests. -Regarding the noise issue, we have investigated the matter, and we can confirm that there is currently no construction going on at the building. We apologize for any disturbance you experienced, and we will remain vigilant to ensure our guests enjoy a peaceful environment. -We understand your concerns about smoking, and we have a strict no-smoking policy in our units. However, we want to assure you that while we do our best to enforce this policy within our property, we, unfortunately, cannot control the actions of others in their units. We will, however, continue to emphasize the importance of a smoke-free environment with all residents and guests.
