This open plan newly renovated property is perfect for small families and groups of friends to enjoy the magnificent ocean views and watch the boats sailing by. Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and accommodates up to 7 guests. Fully self-contained and equipped with all that you need, including complimentary chilled sparkling on arrival, airport transfers and electric golf buggy!

Lovely property and facilities with great views, terrible wi-fi!

A great apartment with lots of space and all the usual appliances and facilities. Great to have the buggy included which is essential for getting around the island. Only downside was the atrocious wi-fi speed and bandwidth which meant that TV programmes were constantly buffering almost every minute and also affected the most basic of internet operations.

Poinciana 101 has such amazing views from the balcony, when you walk into the apartment it is very clean and tidy with everything you need including beach toys for the kids!! We were very happy and comfortable and so glad we booked this apartment. Definitely recommended it to anyone who is wanting a great location and view!

Good location

Nice views, plenty of space, and a good location. We locked ourselves out one night and they managed to get someone with a spare key after hours. Good stuff!
