This home has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath with nice sized closets in every room. The master features a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom features a queen and a twin bed. There are additional blankets for those that sleep cooler and the AC at this house works great if you are on the warm-blooded side. An extra guest is more than welcome to sleep on the sofa in the living room if needed.
The remodeled bathroom has a beautiful tiled tub/shower combo and a wall mounted shower dispenser with Ginger Lily Farms Shampoo and Body Wash. There are plenty of hotel collection towels, hand towels, and wash cloths available during your stay.
In the kitchen of this home, you'll find most everything you need to enjoy one of Lubbock's many fine restaurants or cook yourself a home cooked meal. Double check the amenities section of this listing for all that we supply in the kitchen. We do offer a drip coffee maker to make you feel more at home. There is plenty of cabinet storage in the kitchen should you have the need to store a lot of groceries or items during your stay.
The living room of this home has a large sectional and matching leather accent chairs to enjoy the 55" smart TV with streaming services. If you need an extra place to sleep, you're more than welcome to crash on the comfortable couch. We made sure that the internet at this property is fast for any streaming, gaming, or work needs you may have during your stay.
Enjoy some time with family and friends in the backyard on the patio deck. There are currently two chairs outside but feel free to bring your own if you need more.
This house also has a pack-and-play and a high chair if you have young children that need this option.
This property is not pet-friendly so please plan on leaving your furry friends at home.
Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes that are sent out 3 days before your stay. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Do not lock the bottom lock on the front door. Should you need anything during your stay, we live nearby and will usually be available to help at any time. We pride ourselves on our quick responses. Let us know if you're looking for restaurant recommendations or something to do!
Garrott, Shawna, and Amanda are your local hosts. We are available by phone, text, or Airbnb message whenever needed. Unless it's an emergency please try to limit late night phone calls or texts. - No house parties. Unauthorized parties will result in a $500 fine
- No excessive volume that would disturb the neighbors
- Clean up after yourself. This includes all dishes and food items.
- If you break something, let Garrott or Shawna know immediately.
- Please do not use the linens in the bathroom to remove your
make-up. If towels are stained upon arrival please let us know.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. If a plumber is required because of items flushed by your party, you will be responsible for the service call fee.
