This comfortable home is very close to Lakehead University, the regional hospital, Community Auditorium and downtown. There is a park right across the street. This home has a private front entrance and driveway.
The apartment is the entire main floor of a home. There is a separate apartment in the basement with it's own entrance.
Please note there are cameras outside the entrance doors to monitor the driveway and yard

It's a large, well appointed place to stay, in a good location. The off-street parking is a plus!

Check in was easy and all the info we needed was found in a binder at the property. The house was clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen was well equipped and comfortable. There were 5 adults and there was plenty of room to sleep and socialize in the living room.

Very nice comfortable house. Everything you need is available. Would stay there again. The only down side is that the road is a little busy, but that makes it easy access to other parts of TB.

Convenient stay for hospital visit

Property Manager was super quick to answer. Property was very homey and had everything needed for a short or long stay. Conveniently located near hospital and university. Although located near a busy road- we did not hear any traffic noise.
