The Condo was great , til we Tripped a breaker and the people at inn couldn’t help us because the condo isn’t part of the inn and suites gave me the number of the person to help us Brett ?? Marco Island Condo

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. It was perfect for our group of 3, but could easily sleep more. Very spacious and clean. We had everything we needed. Nice location. There is live music nightly from 6 to 9 at the restaurant downstairs that you can hear from the condo, but this wasn’t a problem for us. Would come back again!

The apartment was beautifully decorated, clean and fully equipped. We very extremely impressed. The communication was accessible and that’s top notch in my book. We will most definitely return in the near future. Thank you for a beautiful vacation.

Fun and convenient

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. Everything was exceptionally clean and well decorated. We had all the amenities we needed, beach chairs, dishes, etc. we used the pool and hot tub and enjoyed relaxing in both. Walking to the Snook inn and listening to the live music was a highlight of the location!We we so happy with our stay and will definitely stay again when returning to Marco

This beautifully decorated & equipped condo fit our needs perfectly. Kitchen is properly stocked, bathrooms are spacious, beds are comfortable and the large lanai offers plenty of room for meals or enjoying a good book in peace.Pool is a convenient 100yd walk from your front door. Tigertail Beach is an easy 5-minute drive. Waterside restaurants are a quick walk or drive from your doorstep. Restaurant in the complex has live music which concludes by 9pm each night, as a courtesy to the neighborhood.There are beach towels available, low profile beach chairs, some sand toys and a cooler bag for your trips to the pool or Gulf of America.Owner of condo is incredibly responsive. I had a scheduling issue and early entry request - both of which were handled with such care and consideration. This alone, would prompt me to rent here again.Highly recommend this property!

Comforts of home.in a Great Destination!

Our stay was wonderful. This property had everything that we needed. Our last rental at a different location, left us feeling terrible. Cheapest furniture, terrible bedding, every dime saved by the landlord in meeting requirements. This location had comfortable quality beds. Very clean unblemished interior and decor. We found everything we could have ever needed. This property located in what everyone described as the quiet end of town. It made for a wonderful second half of our holiday. Hope we have the chance to stay here again. We recommend to anyone staying on Marco Island.

Fabulous location and room. I can’t express how wonderful the accommodations were and how beautiful the decor was. This was the most amazing condo I have stayed. Upgrades throughout. Thank you for all of the amenities and plush linens and bedding.

An enjoyable stay

The home was well kept, clean and organized. This was a business trip so the fact that the two bedrooms had their independent bathrooms and were well apart, made it very convenient. Smith House just below the unit is a great restaurant with live music!! and plenty of outdoor seating in the courtyard. Will definitely comeback - as we couldn't take in much of Marco Island in this trip.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and just stocked enough. Had a great screened in balcony and there were several restaurants right on the property. Smith House had good food and had a cute outdoor area. Be aware there is live music right outside the unit every night from 6-9pm and it is loud in the front bedroom where my kids were. No one would be able to fall asleep before 9pm in that room if that’s important. During the day it was quiet and we often had the pool to ourselves or almost to ourselves. Short drive to everywhere and parking is right below the unit. Would definitely recommend this to others!

Terrific Spot

The location was ideal from all the activity, while also nicely tucked into a less trafficked area. Loved hearing the live bands at night. The condo was terrific, but the overall property is a little dated, and the pool was quite an eyesore. There was kind of a musty smell to the condo, but nothing a candle didn't fix. Overall, very pleased

Relaxing vacation

We loved the quietness of the area but also very close to multiple restaurants! The warm pool was our kids favorite. Everything was clean and spotless. Nice to have beach chairs and toys available.
