Excellent view and host

Second time staying at this property. Condo has an incredible view from the balcony. Everything was as advertised. Very responsive host to all communications.

Amazing Vacation

Great views both of the City and the Gulf. Owner had great communication. We enjoyed daily swims in the refreshing pool, played pickleball with friendly competition and found numerous players to challenge in bocce ball. We would definitely stay here again.

Julie was looking for a great view of the Gulf and our condo exceeds expectations. And the catwalk entry has visas over the island on the other side. Even on days that the weather is cooler, the sunny lanai offers protection from the wind and a day in the 60's feels more like 80 there. Also, I strive to keep my Marco home well supplied for myself and my guests. Book a trip and you will see.

May Getaway

We stayed for two weeks in May. Typically, we stay in the St. Pete area, but our plans changed due to hurricane damage. This condo was exactly as advertised. The view of the huge beachfront was amazing. The unit was fairly spacious and had everything we needed. Our host checked in with us prior to arrival, and answered the very few questions that came up. We plan to return in the future.

Wonderful Stay at Marco Island!

Tim and was a wonderful host, providing detailed information and being in communication with us. The condo was beautiful, clean, and just as described. The views were unmatched, with easy access to the beach and all things Marco. I highly recommend anyone who is visiting the area to stay at Tim's condo! We can't wait to come back!

Our annual get away

We look forward to our annual, mid winter get away; Tim and Michelle make the process effortless. The condo is lovely and as described. We love our morning coffee on the balcony, the easy walk to the ocean front and friendliness staff and other vacationers! We’ll be back!

Perfection!

The property was the icing on the cake for a perfect vacation! The condo provided everything we needed for an amazing week. Tim was easy to communicate with and offered excellent suggestions for things to do and places to go. Will definitely look jnto returning!

Two weeks in paradise!!

The condo was immaculate and contact with the owner was excellent!!! The beach cart supplied with coolers, umbrellas and toys made it to the beach everyday!!! It was perfect. So peaceful and close to all restaurant, grocery and pharmacy needs. The building and surrounding areas were kept neat and signage posting needed info was always visible. Awesome stay!!! Thank you Tim and Debbie!!!

My wife Debbie and I were married in 1980 and enjoy our 3 adult children, their spouses and our 6 grandchildren. The South Seas location is a perfect fit for as as we love high quality beaches, fishing, bird watching, biking, swimming, and the casual lifestyle that Marco offers. The safe and secure setting is perfect when entertaining our grandchildren. I am a jogger-and the level beach is really a plus, and I love to fish from the piers and beach as well. Debbie likes shelling on the beach, watching the spectacular sunsets and going with me to the great local restaurants. We are happy to share our tropical home on Marco Island with you and are thankful to do so. Tim and Debbie Michelic

Marco is a resort town with a small town vibe. This location is foremost. The gated community offers security and peace of mind, and Marco is one of the safest destinations in Florida as it is. I find it hard to put to words the natural beauty (Tigertail Beach/Nature Preserve is a top birding destination in SW Florida) and shelling too! You will discover exceptional sand-dollar finds on the famous white sand here on what is known as Sand Dollar Island.The cafe there has surprisingly good food and a kids playground too. We looked at many condos before finding our 16th floor tropical home on South Seas Tower 3 which offers sweeping southerly beach views all the way to Cape Marco. Our South Florida home has been completely renovated with an all new kitchen with stainless appliances and quartz counter-tops,ceramic tile thru-out,new baths, king size bed and private bath in the MBR suite and a split bedroom design for privacy from the 2nd bedroom/full bath.We love walking north from our location to secluded Sand Dollar Spit to discover the many beautiful sand dollars and shells. Walk to 10 restaurants from our condo including the famous JW Marriott which offers something for everyone! No matter your interests- from relaxing to recreation-it is here for us to share with you. We hope that you will make this your Marco Island retreat year after year. Tim and Debbie Michelic
