This luxury condo for 6 is the perfect spot to escape to Smoky Mountain bliss! You'll love relaxing on the covered balcony and soaking in the miles of breathtaking mountain views. When the stars come out, build a crackling fire in the woodburning fireplace and kick back to stream your favorite shows on the TV. In the summer months, you'll enjoy access to the beautiful inground pool! In winter, ski and snow tube on fresh powder at Ober Gatlinburg, less than 2 miles away! This ideally located home is also just minutes from the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. It's the perfect spot to fill each day with fun for every season! Comfortably sleeps 6 guests.

Important Note:
We would like to inform you that as we transition into the spring and summer season, starting from April 1st, our fireplace will be temporarily turned off and inaccessible. This change is in line with our seasonal maintenance schedule and aims to ensure the optimal functioning of our facilities.

Please note that the fireplace will remain unavailable throughout the spring and summer months but will be turned back on by October 1st.

Spacious but Dated: Needs TLC and Attention to Detail

Our stay at this condo provided ample space and a picturesque view from the balcony. However, closer inspection revealed significant shortcomings. The outdated interior, including cracked walls, peeling wallpaper, and reliance on lamps for bedroom lighting, detracted from the experience. The absence of a washer and dryer, along with basic amenities like an iron and ironing board, was disappointing, especially considering our prior experiences with units in the same complex which provided such items. Cleanliness was also an issue, with evidence of neglect such as rubber band hair ties strewn about, unclean stove drip pans, and a poorly maintained shower that wouldn't drain. Despite prompt responsiveness from management regarding maintenance issues, overall, our stay fell short of expectations. Until significant improvements are made, we'll be seeking accommodations elsewhere.

Spring Break Trip

Property is a little dated but the perfect place to stay with everything you would need. Beautiful views up in the mountain but close enough to everything you would want to do in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Entrance to SMNP right at the bottom. Very easy to book & check in/out. Thanks for the stay!

Nice and roomy

At first we had a little issue getting in just a misunderstanding, but we were able to reach out to the property owner and they helped us out almost immediately so I do appreciate that. The property was clean and really well put together, the rooms were nice and clean lots of space. The balcony actually has a really nice view. Overall it was perfect for what we were looking for. Definitely would recommend and rebook if heading out there again.

Very cute!

Check in process was easy. The place was clean and cozy. The view from the back deck is quite something. The spiral stairs was a hit with the kids as they’ve never seen one. Overall a very pleasant stay. We would definitely do it again! Would also definitely recommend but be warned, the drive up to the place is not for the faint of heart.
