We provide luxurious linen and towels which sets the standard for our guests to have a great stay in our home. One bedroom and the bathroom on the same level as the living area along with a single bed and trundle bed in the separate area of the lounge This can be closed off with the bi-fold doors. Upstairs on the romantic mezzanine is a spacious room with a queen bed. There is a wood fire in the lounge for those cosy nights in. The kitchen is well equipped with tea, coffee, milk and condiments for your use.
The lounge opens out to a sunny patio perfect to enjoy a wine or beer overlooking the lake.
Free Wifi TV and a kayak for guest use, plus a full laundry with washing machine in the garage.

Parking for 2 cars , bikes, jet ski or your lake toys of choice in the garage.
Close to the 2 mile bay boat ramp.
Entire house & garden to yourself. It is a shared driveway.

We like to give our guests their privacy but Kerry is available by phone or text to answer any questions and we are only ever 10-15 minutes drive away if needed in an emergency.

Other things to note
Rotorua is only one hours drive and Hawkes Bay within 1.5 hours drive for a day of sightseeing and for the active traveller the Ski field and Tongariro crossing is an 1 hour drive. The Glowworm Caves are also 2 hours drive and Hobbiton 1.5 hours making Taupo the heart of the North Island and the perfect place to stay and explore from.
