Freshly renovated and furnished with your vacation stay in mind our relaxing retreat offers a cozy living room with toasty fireplace, equipped kitchen and dining facilities, plus two spacious sleeping areas and modern bathrooms including Streaming TVs, complimentary WIFI, and big open windows to enjoy the forested views outside. Amazing condo right next to the ski are and mountain. Great amenities of the condo and client support and service was perfect with all help and questions needed. Would definitely recommend and come back.

Great location

This condo is as close to snow summit as you can get. We loved that. There’s even a place to hang your boards inside the house! The communication was amazing. I wouldn’t say the couch or chairs are comfortable so we didn’t do much sitting around. The hot water didn’t seem to get very hot. Maybe it takes a really long time to come through. Over all the location is perfect for being close to the runs.

Perfect Location

Great condo with an ideal location. We were adjacent to the ski lifts and could walk right from the front door to the chair lifts. Highly recommend!

Great location

The location is great literally 2 min walk from the ski school and ski lifts. The townhome was well appointed with a nice great room downstairs. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great condo walking distance to the slopes!

The Summit View condo was a few yards from the Bunny Slopes and a few more yards to the BB asking resort. Clean and cozy place with great amenities. Only minor issue was that the dishwasher was out of order. Otherwise highly recommend!

Great location!

We had a great time at the property. It was clean and great location. Our kids could walk up to the beginner lift. All the kitchen items were there. Only suggestion would be to bring paper towels and Tissue boxes.

Awesome location

First time staying over night at Snow Summit and this location made it very convenient to go to the beginner slopes for our family! The place was very clean and cozy for our family of five. Would highly recommend!

Walking distance from the slops

Checking in is down the main street of snow summit but finding the actual apartment was a bit of a challenge. Over all the place was nice and cozy and very clean too.

Check-in after 4:00 pm - Check-out before 10:00 am
No Early Arrival/Late Departure During Peak Seasons or Holidays.

There is No Street Parking Allowed in Big Bear- Make Every Attempt to Get Cars Off the Street for Snowplows. November thru April the law requires snow chains in your cars.

Pet Policy-Pet Friendly Homes Only-$40/Pet/Night
Pets must be acknowledged and may not be left unattended in the home. Owners must clean up after pets; subject to added cleaning fees for violations.

All homes include clean linens, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy. A kitchen with basic cookware and small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Paper towels, coffee filters/coffee, specialty appliances, nor condiments/spices/oils are supplied.

No Pay-Per-View Ordering in any homes.

No refunds/credits for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, (especially snow, fire, power outages) weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, or other equipment factors beyond our control.

This is a forested mountain community home to critters- animals or insects you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects prior to arrival but cannot guarantee the home will be free of these forest critters.

We reserve the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
