Oyster Blue Cottage
Your cottage was clean and very spacious. The cottage is private which is nice though could use a bit more of a clean up ex: the down trees and the wire from well to the house should be buried.
Here are a few more things we were disappointed with:
CAMERA - no notification of camera in listing
Personal floatation devices were just hanging on a bush and in terrible shape.
The beach picture in your listing is deceiving, should be changed.
The front steps lean forward. Not good for seniors
Poor paint job on front door
Paint on siding not completed on one side
Exposed electric wire on outside left light on the rear deck
Fireplace, the wall behind it and all trim need work
Kitchen - Utensils are next to none, knifes are dull; glasses and dishes miss matched; linen is again next to none and poor quality; pots and pans are no good.
Couches are way too soft and uncomfortable.
Chair has a HUGE hole in seat, which is covered by a cushion - shame on you
Mattresses are no good - need new ones - left with backache. Mattress covers need replaced as well.
Bathroom sinks are way too small - no place to put items on and the taps too close to the wall. Maybe one bathroom should have only a shower - which would be better for seniors.
Water tank area VERY noisy
All the interior door knobs are way too low.
Air conditioning units poorly installed - using masking tape
Fire extinguisher should be hung up.
No doors on closets
Rear deck steps not installed properly. Could be a safety issue
