Property was kept in good condition. Location is nice. Need to update all water taps at some bedrooms.

Family Summer Vacation

Plenty of space for our family of 17, location great close to beach which is very convenient. Had problem with Fire Alarm going off in middle of night and during the day, and a shower door that fell off of the tracks. The door to the common space deck was very hard to open. We call maintenance concerning these issues and they sent someone out immediately. Would recommend this place for large families.

Vacation 2024

Great space! We had a large group and plenty of space so that we weren’t all running over each other. The elevator had a couple issues but we figured it out. The pool wasn’t so great. It’s shallow and is more like a kids pool than an adult pool. Over all we had a great vacation. The cleaning crew apparently doesn’t do very well and the place needs a little TLC. It hasn’t had any for a while.

Great Family Get Away

This house was perfect for a large family get away. Even with so many of us there we weren’t on top of each other. Right on beach and in ground pool was a hit too! We were lucky enough to not have anyone in the attached 1/2 so I can’t speak to how that went with another large family there too but I can say that parking is the only drawback I saw. You get only 4 spaces for a home that hold 24 people. We were lucky enough that we only had an issue 1st night because the people on other side left the next morning. Parking is not close and not free so factor that into your plans. Aside from that PERFECT! Plan to rent this place again in the future!

A hit and a miss

The location was great! Loved the area. The pool was very shallow and small but well maintained. Cleanliness and repairs were our issue. For the amount of money we spent to rent for a week we expect a clean house. We cleaned and aired the house out our 1st day. Caked on grease up the cabinets over hood in kitchen. All ceiling fans caked in dust. Light fixtures also covered in dust. Sliding door in kitchen so rusted need two people to open it. The door handle has been wrapped in duct tape a multitude of times.The ceiling in kitchen is buckling. We spent extra in hopes of a nice house. The pictures are not accurate.
