Step inside to a cozy breakfast nook and living room, with a large fully equipped kitchen just to your left and plenty of counter space for cooking up a vacation meal.



In the living room, natural light streams through the bay window overlooking the front yard. An additional table is in the living room, the perfect spot for cocktails or a chips and drink station while watching a movie on a summer night.



Past the living room, you'll find the home's three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, all conveniently located on one floor. The primary suite features a king bed and en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. A second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third has two additional queen beds. A second full bathroom with a shower/tub combo provides plenty of space for the rest of the group, while a washer and dryer make it easy to keep up with beach towels and vacation laundry during your stay.



Outside, a private backyard welcomes you to relax under the stars. Gather around the fire pit on the back patio, let your pup stretch their les in the yard, or rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at nearby Red River Beach.
