The Space:
Heading down to Cape Cod means the joys of small New England towns, beautiful ocean views and immaculate bayside beaches. All this and more is waiting for you in Yarmouth, where you’ll make lifelong memories and leave behind your Footprints in the Sand.
Once inside, you’re greeted by the warm living room with built-in bookshelves and exposed rustic wood panels behind the wall-mounted TV. Peering through the living room, you’ll see the home's lovely eat-kitchen. Whether you’re cooking up a hearty breakfast or whipping together a picnic for the beach this kitchen has everything you need. Stepping off of the kitchen, there is a four-season sunroom complete with a dining table. You can also access the home’s new outdoor back patio through the sunroom. Outside, the private, fully fenced backyard awaits your yard games and backyard BBQs. Once the burgers have been grilled, take a seat at the outdoor dining table on the beautiful blue stone patio.

This one story home comfortably sleeps 4 between two bedrooms. The first bedroom is located by the living room, while the other bedroom is located at the end of the hallway, past the kitchen, both with a queen size bed.

Other amenities include a washer and dryer and an outdoor shower. With a central location to both downtown and numerous beaches, a visit to Yarmouth will surely mean leaving your Footprints in the Sand.

Great location, very quiet neighborhood. Interior was nicely put together. Beds comfortable. Kitchen had all you need. Removing one star because we found a cockroach in the kitchen one evening. Flag market for Delmar in front yard was very helpful to find the property.

Very quiet neighborhood. Close to main routes. The house was clean as stated and the right size for 2-4 people with 2 bedrooms.

Not much to see at Long Pond

The long pond public access is very small. Most of the area is private. The living room furniture is old and needs replaced. Couch and chair had no support. Sink as soon as you sit on them. The bedroom mattresses are terrible. Back bedroom felt like a box spring. Front bedroom not much better. Water pressure is good and the neighbors are kind and quiet. The TVs are all set up different and trying to find something to watch was very frustrating.

Cute cottage

The house was cute and had everything that need, but no extra frills. The beds were comfortable and we were able to have what we needed to make breakfasts lunches or dinner. We loved being close to the lake, our kid’s went swimming there a lot. Location is very convenient to grocery stores, etc. It is advertised as a Central Air, but it’s several different A/C units which kept the house comfortable. Good house for the price during peak summer seasons.

Weekend at the Cape

Home is OK. Very cheaply done renovation. Televisions in each bedroom and living room but none were set up and working when we arrived. Called DelMar right away. Never heard back from them. Had to call them again at 11PM. Ended up wasting all Saturday morning while their tech people worked. Disappointing and never heard back from DelMar or the homeowner. Adequate accommodations though nothing special.
