Working Dream

I am an insurance adjuster and was working in Tampa due to the back to back hurricanes and needed a good place to stay and setup a temporary office. My Host, Cody made this process about as simple as it could get. He was very responsive and helped me more than he knows. Thank you Cody !!

Great vacation condo

The condo was very clean and well taken care of. We loved the pool and the pond. This is a very quiet complex with friendly people. We loved that it was secluded yet close to stores, shopping and restaurants.

Very quiet, relaxing, and close to everything

This was my first stay at thus property, but will not be the last. I enjoyed the look and feel of the location. The only thing missing was a mat in the tub (be careful). Great value. Great location.

Great Place to stay

We are planning a move to Tampa and wanted to stay were the locals live. What a great place to be in the middle of it all. We looked around and shopped and ate like a local and actually found a new home about 10 minutes from this Vrbo. Place was clean. Communication was great and we had an amazing time while we were there.

Place was nice, clean, and had all we needed. It is in a complex so a lot of activity and not as private as we like, but we were aware of that ahead of time. Overall, it served our needs.

Very nice

Nice place to stay - vey pet friendly - well lighted paths for walking after dark. The unit was very comfy, and mgmt was VERY responsive to any issues. Very quiet, end enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the birds, ducks, herons, etc in the afternoons. Would come back ./ and recommend to others.

Look elsewhere

We enjoyed the area, met lots of people playing pickleball at the local sports center. The condo itself was nice with lots of storage area for our things, but lacking pot holders and kitchen towels. Management was horrible. Very poor communication right from booking our reservation to when we left. We had to reclean our accommodations when we arrived and the bed was absolutely unsleepable. Brand new pickleball courts but weren't able to get into them the first week of our stay. I would not book with Powell Reality again!!

Location was a disappointment

I guess it was my fault for booking but it was so far away from everything in the suburbs & there was really not much within walking distance except hospitals & doctors offices. The condo was nice enough but the dishes were in bad condition & we didn’t have a few things to make cooking easier. A full length mirror in closet & towel bar for hand towels would have been nice in bathroom. The bed was comfortable but it was very squeaky-I think the frame needs to be put together better or tightened up. We also had trouble with TV a few times. The pool area & gym were nice. Was disappointed that the lake was not suitable for swimming as I had expected since pool was not heated. It was okay but maybe a bit overpriced for the location.

Nice efficiency unit, pool not heated

Had all the necessities, wildlife around grounds was terrific. Mattress was comfortable but frame was unstable. Pool area was beautiful but the pool is not heated

March getaway

Our condo was everything we could have asked for. Very clean! Loved having the washer/dryer. Our only negative was the pool. Not very clean & not heated. Since we came from Ohio, we expected to be able to swim. That would be a negative at 60-65 degrees. We would definitely be back if the pool would be heated’

Our week in Florida

The property was very nice.Very clean and modern. We enjoyed watching all the different kinds of shore birds. We saw what we thought was an alligator too. IF we ever come back to Fl., We will stay again.

Relaxing and Enjoyable Stay

Pro: Beautiful relaxing setting with view of lake with pelicans and many water wild life. Very quiet condo community. Condo was well furnished and everything worked nicely. Brandon was plenty big enough to have all amenities within short driving distances. Management overseeing the property was very well organized and professional. Con: Bedroom had only queen bed but advertisement had king. No big deal though. Overall: Will consider rental again.
