Big living/dining space, roomy kitchen with large fridge, great garden tubs(2 skinny folk or 1plus sizer), loved the in law suite down stairs and property was great spen 3 days by the pool and lazy river. Will definitely book again.

Overàrall the place was very nice. My one suggestion is a higher toilet or a grab bar for the toilet downstairs. Considering that im a stroke survivor.

Regal Palms is Amazing!

We had a wonderful stay. We stayed 2 nights and we wished we stayed longer. Host was responsive to questions and the place worked well for a family of 5. The pool area was awesome and we all had a great time.

Good for working remote

This property was okay. It had most of the basics but is showing its age and needs some refreshing. We stayed for a month and were working remotely so we chose this place because it had 2 office chairs and small desks, which was the biggest perk for us. There is no smoking allowed inside, but it is permitted outside and there were cigarette butts around the front and back of the property and the inside had a subtle odor of cigarettes. We got some air fresheners, but it took a couple of weeks to neutralize the odor (or we just got used to it by then). That could just be because the renters before us were smoking so it may not always be like that. There were ample bath and hand towels but only a few wash cloths and most were well worn. This is a huge resort. There are hundreds of units so there are many people walking on the streets (no sidewalks) and they have installed many speed bumps. For us, the biggest disappointment was the amenities at the resort. Like other people have mentioned, you have to pay a daily resort fee but the only real amenities worth mentioning are the pool and lazy river but they are overcrowded because there's only one pool for the entire resort. Lazy river was closed for 2 weeks that we were there for maintenance. The unit is very far from the pool. I had a bike so that was great otherwise it's a long walk or you have to drive to the pool. The lazy river is not very big and is overcrowded so not for relaxing, but is something different to do.

Perfect for us

From check in to check out, our stay was flawless. Townhouse was just as pictured. We liked the fact that there were no neighbors behind us. The pool and amenties are not close to the property, but we were aware of that. Would stay here again

Condo near Disney

My family of 5 with 3 teenage girls spent spent a week at the condo while we went to Disney. Plenty of room and great selection of restaurants nearby. Great pool with fun waterslide and lazy river. Only downside was no shampoo, soap, conditioner provided. Towels were pretty old and toilet paper was like tissue paper.

Comfortable stay!

Everyone said their bed was comfortable The complex is quiet. The pool was nice too. The washer/dryer was extremely beneficial, i love coming home with clean clothes after vacation
