Excellent, but for a few things:1. Beach chairs are all low-lying and all but one is broken in some way.2. The bed in the "second" bedroom is in terrible shape. The mattress needs to be replaced.3. The grill is filthy and broken.These things aside, the location, comfort, and cleanliness of the property could not have been better. We felt at home immediately and throughout our stay. The porches are especially nice. There is fabulous food, drink, ice cream, coffee, and shopping walking distance or a very short drive away. The Y membership was much appreciated and I used this several times. The Y itself is walking distance and well-equipped. I most strongly recommend this property, especially if the issues mentioned above are addressed.

Cute Cabana

Simple accommodations close to beach! Had everything we needed, comfortable beds, grill, outdoor seating. Close to shopping and restaurants.

I had a wonderful time at this property. Everything was great. The only thing I would suggest is to have bath mats for the tubs. It is quite slick stepping into the shower and we three almost fell getting in. That was the only thing negative. I absolutely loved the convenience to the beach. I got to hook up with friends while I was there. The St. Patrick's parade was great. My first time seeing it. It was cold and windy but fun still. I wish this property was available in September after Labor day for partial stays rather than a whole week. I wanted to come back the 3rd week in September for a few days with friends who can't stay a whole week. I highly recommend renting this property. 👌

No... not interested in this again.

Nice property, Location, location, location. Refrigerator did not work. Called office, I was told I'd receive a text message. I never received a text message. I called the emergency number. They could not do anything that night. We went 24 hours with NO refrigerator. We played with refrigerator and finally got it to cool and make ice all night long. Which we heard all night long. It was freezing and thermostat was set on 73 degrees. We froze. I called Friday spoke to Megan. Told her we were leaving a day early. We were checking out. With no to little response other then ok. I hung up, I was done.

Perfect place for a family beach vacation. Within walking distance of the beach, putt-putt, ice cream , coffee shops and more. The YMCA access is an added bonus. We loved our time here.
