Our second stay at this condo tells the tale. Location is perfect within walking distance to restaurants and along the river for peace and quiet. Unit was spotless and well equipped. The local host, Ashley, responded immediately to our questions showing an interest in us, that we had all we needed for a wonderful stay. Check in was easy and having garage access was nice to have.

Location, Location, Location

Yes, a great location within walking distance to town yet private and next to a mountain stream. The unit was well equipped and spotless. One of the easiest to access and the locked garage was a plus.

We had a great time with our grandkids. The location next to the river is quiet and was within walking distance to the bus to the ski area. The unit is clean and modern and we can't wait to get back up there and do it again!

Rendezvous Stay

Had the best time over Spring Break with our family of five! Lots of space to fit everyone comfortably and the house was clean and exactly as described. Host was helpful and had great communication. Super close to the Winter Park resort, Hideaway Park for sledding and Hernando’s pizza pub was within walking distance. Thank you for having us!

Perfect Mountain Condo

We had the best long weekend! This was our last trip as a family of 3 and it was just what we needed. The home is beautiful and has everything we needed and more. The views are stunning of the river. We loved walking the trail and checking out town. We had a blast at the rec center too. Hosts restaurant recommendations were helpful and great. Super clean, convenient location, and amazing water pressure in the shower! Can't wait to come back with our new crew member some time.

Wonderful Home!

We had such a great time at this beautiful and modern home! We had inquired about an early check-in. When the guest contact did not respond, the homeowner got back to us immediately and found a way to accommodate us on short notice. The home was perfect for a family with children. They had a Pack’N’Play, children’s dishes, and a high chair. There was a lot of space and a large comfy couch for the kids to sit on. There was a stream right behind the house with a bridge and a walking trail that we enjoyed using. Five stars!

Spring Break

We spent our spring break here and the place & parking was very convenient and comfortable for our needs. We loved that the main floor was ground level (no being out of breathe with gear or groceries to reach apartment). We were right next to the walking/hiking paths and had a pleasant view onto bridge and mountains. The Winter Park bus was just a minute walk away and we were in walking distance to where our friends were staying. The wifi was excellent; kids liked the different TV apps that were available; we enjoyed the large dining room table; the center coffee table had neat pull-out stools/foot rests and the decor & gas fire place were nice. Also nice black-out blinds! But the quilts weren’t warm enough for us at night (there was a comforter & a fleece blanket, but none for the other 2 beds) and the walls could use some tender loving care. Other than that it was a lovely place!

Beautiful Views! Great Stay!

We stayed here for an extended weekend with another couple. Plenty of room and a great layout. Location is amazing- close to trails, within walking distance to many businesses. The view from the patio is breathtaking, with the bridge and river close in sight. Sitting and listening to the river is SO peaceful - especially with morning coffee. Access to unit was very easy, as entry code and garage code was provided. Owner was quick to respond to every question. Guest book provides instructions for anything you might need, and great recommendations of local places to patronize. ( We had fabulous pizza within walking distance at Hernando's ) Entire townhome was spotless, towels and bedding was fresh & clean, and beds were SO comfortable. Very well furnished and nicely decorated. The kitchen is stocked with everything you might need (even a cookie sheet I used to bake bacon on!). The pantry is stocked with many complimentary items such as Keurig coffee pods, oatmeal and crackers etc. Absolutely one of our best stays. Highly recommend and will be back soon!
