The Space:
Orleans, home to world famous Nauset Beach and a renowned Cape Cod Baseball League team, welcomes you to your next stay with some Firebird Fanfare! Push open the lobster-red front door and enter into the home's living room, with wall mounted TV adjacent to the open concept dining room and large dining table. The home's eat-in kitchen has plenty of counter space and natural light flooding in through the bay window, seemingly bringing the beauty of the Cape indoors.

If you want to dine and feel the salty breeze, head out to the screened in porch and eat underneath the vaulted ceilings and exposed wood beams. This additional room is a great place to cool off after enjoying the summer sun! Back inside, a bedroom with two twin beds and views of the greenery out front is a great place for the kids to count sheep. Upstairs, the remaining bedrooms can be found, each with a queen bed and additional seating areas, the perfect spots to reading your favorite book before bed.

Other amenities include a washer and dryer, central A/C, and an outdoor shower. Just down the road, cut through the wooded trail to an incredible playground at the local school, sure to be a highlight for your kids this vacation. Hear the crack of the bat and roar of the crowd this summer, with some Firebird Fanfare!

Awesome Stay!

Our family of four had a wonderful time in Orleans. The house was exceptionally clean and a well stocked kitchen. Close to our favorite beaches and restaurants, a good time was had by all. Highly recommend!

Excellent vacation!

Lovely home, wonderful location!! Loved the outdoor shower and kitchen was wonderfully equipped. AC vents in upstairs rooms weren’t fully functional, so those rooms were a bit hot. A ceiling fan on the screened-in porch would be a great addition:) But a wonderful home that we would definitely recommend !!

Adequate Cape House

We had a great time here. Cute house. Fully stocked kitchen supplies. Porch could have been cleaned and screens were all popping out which caused bugs to get in. Light bulbs out on porch as well. Outside space was not very appealing. Overgrown and sparse. Since there was a cleaning fee, I wouldn't expect to have to also be required to clean, especially since we also had such an early morning check out. Somewhat inconvenient.

Great rental for biking the Cape Cod Rail Traildd

We were very happy with this home. We came to Cape Cod to bike and it was easy to bike approximately one mile to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. On Day 1 we headed to the end in Wellfleet with stops at the National Seashore and lighthouses and on Day 2 we biked to the trailhead start in Dennis. This rental is also very close to a park with pickleball courts. We walked to Shaws and CVS Pharmacy and you can easily walk into town and explore. There is a screened in back porch where we were able to store our bikes on which was great. There were 2 bathrooms which we wanted and the bedrooms were all good sized. We cooked a number of meals in and they had all the cookware and dishes we could ever want. The place was very clean when we arrived. The only issue we contacted the property manager about was the air conditioner was not able to cool it off enough upstairs. They offered to bring a room air conditioner to help fix the problem but we declined. The downstairs was very comfortable. The downstairs and upstairs AC were on the same zone so once the downstairs was cooled off it stopped cooling so the upstairs remained too warm (for us) as warm air rises. Other than that one issue we were very happy with this home. It is in a quiet neighborhood.

A Nice Stay

This is a very nice home! It is in a quiet neighborhood (the location map shows it on 6A - which is not accurate). It has an amazing kitchen, clean, updated bathrooms, a screened porch, etc. It’s close to 2 grocery stores. Nauset Beach is not too far a drive but of course will be dependent on traffic. We hope to stay here again the next time we’re vacationing on the Cape. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Comfortable and quiet

The house is clean. We needed a "no pets" place to stay. The rooms were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Communication with the management company was excellent. The property is in a quiet neighborhood with many restaurants and stores nearby. We were very pleased.

Quiet beautiful stay

Traveling all day and seeing the sights was fun, but then coming back to this quiet, quaint house was a good retreat. The house had everything we needed plus. Felt like a real home away from home!

A visit to the Orleans - Eldridge Park

We really enjoy our stay at the fantastic home by Eldridge Park. It was very clean and spacious for the four of us. Even though there are handles in the upstairs bathroom shower, a bath tub mat would be helpful because the tub was VERY slippery. Other than that our stay was awesome...the house and the location were great, thank you very much!

Perfect spot!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week's stay here! The location is perfect. So close to the beaches, baseball field and stores. The neighborhood is quiet and perfect for morning walks. The kitchen is stocked with every imaginable kitchen tool, equipment, glassware, plates, bowls, etc..that make cooking meals so much easier. Beds are very comfortable. Loved our time here and hope to be back next summer!
