Relax with the whole family at this private 4-season lakefront cottage located between Huntsville and Burk's Falls. 20 mins from Arrowhead Park and 10 mins from an Algonquin Park office.

Newly updated and perfect for those that enjoy nature and want privacy. In winter, hike, snowshoe, or snowmobile, right outside your door or venture out to Arrowhead Provincial Park's skating trail through the woods, or downhill skiing at Hidden Valley in Huntsville then rest well on a brand new queen bed!

Amazing house with stunning lake view

This cottage is perfect! The place is super clean, organized and has everything our group of 8 friends needed to enjoy the new years eve. I hope to come back soon and enjoy few more days in this paradise.

Awesome

Our family had a great time at your cottage. The views of the fall colours were spectacular. The lake was excellent to kayak on with the included kayaks. It was too cold for swimming when we were there after Thanksgiving but in the summer it would be great for small kids as it is shallow at the dock with a sand bottom with some rocks. The cottage itself is very nice, super clean with two sitting areas so lots of space to relax if needed. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook for your stay. The beds were very comfortable but you might want to bring an extra pillow. The wifi worked great and the included games and books to read are a nice addition. In summary, we had a great stay at the cottage and would not hesitate to book it again.

Great stay!

We were a group of 3 families with young kids, and we had a great time at Steve's cottage! We enjoyed kayaking and swimming in the lake, and sitting around the campfire under the stars. The cottage itself was spotless and well-kept. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. We liked that the BBQ was located on the covered balcony patio, where there was a shaded place to lounge and enjoy the lake scenery. There was no AC, but there were fans in every room and everyone slept well on the comfy beds. Something to be aware of with elderly parents: the gravel driveway is long and quite steep, so we had to help them to and from the car; and there are only one set of stairs inside the house, which are steep and carpeted. Steve was quick to respond to texts and allowed us to check-in early. His instructions for the cottage were clear and easy to follow. Overall, we would definitely stay again if we're in the area!

We are a couple working in the education system (social worker, elementary school teacher) from Southwestern Ontario who are nearing retirement with two children who grew up loving their trips to this lake every year.

We have been getting away from it all to this lake since 1999 and finally had the right opportunity to buy our own cottage with the perfect sunset viewing location we always wanted. We hope you can come and enjoy it too!

この宿泊施設の特徴

The views from both living rooms, the kitchen and the upper and lower deck are, as one guest proclaimed, "Electrifying!" When we arrive and settle in we don't want to leave, but life calls and we pull ourselves away knowing we will be back. We would love to share our place with our guests year after year the way we were allowed to share our friend's cottage on the lake for over 2 decades before buying our own.
