Make your way up to the beautiful front porch and inside this grand mansion using the easy keyless lock and be greeted with an ornate foyer that sets the tone for the rest of this Victorian-styled St. Louis home. High ceilings & grand rooms with details like leather wainscoting & plaster moldings make this home a showstopper.

LIVING AREAS
Off the grand entrance hall to the left, you will be greeted by a sitting room area, perfect for catching up with friends over a few drinks by the ornate fireplace and the conversation painting. A navy-blue velvet couch and two large matching armchairs set the stage; gold trim and dark walls make this room elegant by blending the old with the new but keeping it oh-so classy! Another living room is just adjacent with continuous style decor. An oversized comfy sectional couch and leather chairs frame the SmartTV wall mounted on the nonworking fireplace.

KITCHEN & DINING
Cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner in this beautiful, custom chef kitchen fully equipped with all the gadgets, trays, dishes, and utensils you would expect to find in a family home. Features high-end appliances, spectacular granite, and a butler's pantry.
Serve a quick snack at the eat-in kitchen table or gather everyone into the elegant dining room for dinner with a table set for twelve and a highchair available for the little ones. Enjoy your morning coffee or watch the chef cook your favorite meal at our large kitchen island.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
There are five bedrooms spread over two levels of the home, with two king beds, two queen beds, and two trundlers (4 twin beds) sleeping comfortably 12 guests. Three of the five bedrooms are ensuites consisting of two primary and one master bedroom.

All bedrooms feature clean, soft, hotel-quality linens and bedding with abundant closet space to store all your belongings. Each bedroom displays unique and original to the home fireplaces and mantles carrying the same beautiful and elegant design.

Bedrooms #3 and #4 (2nd floor) share a full-size bathroom. All vanities have granite countertops and are stocked with toiletries and extra towels. The Master ensuite offers a double vanity with a foot-claw-soaking tub and a walk-in shower.

LAUNDRY
On the 2nd floor, you'll find the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, complete with detergent and dryer sheets, to make vacation laundry a breeze.

BACKYARD
Step out the back door onto your private patio luxurious oasis to soak in the beautiful weather that St. Louis offers. Gather at the outdoor stone fire pit, make smores, or relax on an autumn night by the fire.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the historic Lafayette Square, the oldest urban park west of the Mississippi. You can walk to world-class restaurants and sip coffee at delicious cafes. Visit nearby Gateway Arch, Forest Park, and Enterprise Center—home of Stanley Cup-winning St. Louis Blues.

Like a picture out of a Victorian novel, Lafayette Park's flowers, natural grasses, towering trees, waterfalls, fountains, and iconic iron bridges provide a peaceful backdrop to the city.

Within Lafayette are craft breweries; specialty shops; Park Avenue Coffee, which features original small-batch blends; quirky and one-of-a-kind restaurants; yoga and art studios; wine, chocolate, and rooftop bars; a lounge; and a must-try ice creamery.

If you're timing is right, you can check out one of many fun annual neighborhood festivities: Antique fair (June); Cocktails on the Plaza (July); Movies in Lafayette Park (summer); Taste of Lafayette (August); Tour De Lafayette/Gateway Cup Bike Race (Friday before Labor Day); Tricks & Treats on Park (Saturday before Halloween); the Holiday Tree Lighting (second Saturday in December); and the Holiday Market (second Sunday in December), which features roasted chestnuts, spirits, and crafts.

St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see lots of Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!

ABODEbucks loves hosting guests of all creeds, races, and nationalities. This said, to protect neighborhoods and properties from parties, reservation inquiries from local guests with few or no reviews will likely be denied.

PRIVACY-SAFE NOISE MONITORING
This home is equipped with NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to request that levels be reduced to appropriate levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.

GUEST VERIFICATION
SafelyStay, Inc. verifies the identity of guests and checks criminal databases to confirm reservations.

TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee include up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 for accidental property damage and bodily injury.

The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $88 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as a "Trust & Safety Fee" or “Management Fee".

Our goal is to provide each guest with a beautiful stay at a great value. The nightly price has been pre-discounted based on the market value of your requested dates.

EXTRA GUEST FEE
For groups of more than 7 guests, please note the extra guest fee of $15/person/night starting with the 8th guest. This fee is automatically applied based on your guest count.

COVID-19 CLEANING CERTIFIED
The ABODEbucks team has completed "Health, Cleaning, Disinfecting, and Personal Protective Equipment for Workers who Clean Vacation Rental Homes" certification and has been trained on today's best practices to keep guests safe and healthy by following strict and elevated cleaning guidelines. You can rest a bit easier when staying with ABODEbucks.

✔ This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.
✔ Primary renter must be 25+ years old
✔ Pets are not permitted on the property
✔ No smoking inside the home
✔ No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation
✔ No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
✔ Quiet time is 10pm - 8am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
✔ Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm
✔ Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.
