As a guest you will be welcomed with a loaf of homemade bread and a cup of coffee . You will enjoy the brand new and cozy 1 bedroom suite with an open - concept kitchen and living room and full bathroom with a bathtub for any length of stay - work and play.
We have everything you need for a comfortable stay including private entrance, parking, and a well equipped kitchen with washer/dryer.
Settle in and enjoy Island life on the quiet street next to Willing Nature Park with a walking trail, with 5 min bike ride to famous Galloping Goose trail, and 5 min drive to Royal Bay beach or shops and restaurants, and a stone's throw from the Olympic View Golf Course .

Great spot near Victoria

This was the right sized place for 3 of us, very clean and as described. Convenient to get to Victoria and also to some of the hiking trails in the regional and provincial parks in Vancouver Island.

Home away from home

We loved staying at your house! It was clean, comfortable and so relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped. We were central to all amenities that we needed. We would definitely stay here again. It was so nice to come back in the evening and just relax, just like being at home!

Just as described and perfect for our needs

We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversay by visiting Butchart Gardens and traveling the Port Renfel loop. This expertly-run, true B&B, was perfect for proximity to restaurants and the gardens at Butchart. We had a wonderful breakfast and a enjoyed the serenity.
