We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon. The unit is nicely decorated, and has a warm appeal. Nicely equipped with everything you need. Owner was very responsive and helpful as well. Great getaway!

I loved the view off the balcony. It was a great location. At night it came with a little more noise from revelers than I would have liked, but it comes with the territory. Overall, it was fantastic.

Rocky Point rental for a good value

The reviews are legit. This rental is well kept, well equipped, with an awesome view. Recommend walking to Changos for shrimp tacos, short drive to Wrecked at the Reef for a shrimp cocktail Mexican style, or a trip downtown to Mary’s for a cold beverage on the upper deck. Have never had a bad trip to RP!

This was paradise!

We have stayed in several condos at Sonoran Sea over the past 9 years, and this was definitely the nicest one of them all! Beautifully decorated, stocked with everything we could possibly need, nice balcony furniture, it had it all! And Alessandro was the best in keeping in touch about our reservation/stay. Great Location

We had a wonderful time staying here for our first time ever in Puerto Penasco. This condo is super lean and comfortable. Has everything you need, just bring food and you never have to leave. We had originally wanted a higher floor but 3rd floor is perfect! Our friends were on 8th and it is just too high to enjoy all the views. You can walk to several restaurants and the beach is beautiful. The resort has a little convenience store in case you forgot something (which came in handy). Happy hour at the swim up bar daily is a lot of fun! Highly recommend this place and this condo :)

Fantastic stay! Great beach and wonderful accommodations

We had a fantastic time staying at this condo. As another reviewer mentioned we felt the third floor was perfect for view maximization. It was our first trip to Puerto Peñasco and we felt this location was perfect: very safe, clean and good service from the front desk and other property staff. We would stay here again. In April, the deck was shaded in the morning and received afternoon sun. We were pleasantly surprised that the property and town wasn’t crowded during the first week of April for our spring break. We enjoyed the use of the fitness facility. The equipment is older but has a commanding view of the water with a variety of cardio machines and free weights. Alessandro was attentive and checked in with us multiple times prior to departure and throughout our stay. We cooked most of our meals in and the kitchen was well stocked to meet our needs. We shared with the owner our suggestion to have kitchen cleaning supplies, napkins, and paper towels provided in house. The king size bed was firm and heavenly comfortable. The (newly renovated?) shower was divine. Our kids were comfortable on the sofa sleeper. Overall, a very relaxing trip and we regretted having to leave!

Definitely a five star for the resort. I love Rocky Point it’s a great place to go on vacations.

The resort we stayed inn was Sonoran Sea condo 309E it’s was beautiful, clean and very well decorated. We had the perfect view on the balcony it’s facing the pool and the beach area. You can see everything from the balcony. The condo we stayed at had everything we needed we had a washer, dryer, hair dryer, books, magazines, iron, iron board, coffee maker, and much more, I mean they have anything you need. The owner of the condo Alex was so sweet and very very helpful. Two days before our vacation he send me a message reminding me of our trip and wishing us a safe travel. The day of our trip he send another one to wish us a safe trip and to let him know when we get there to make sure we checked in successfully, he help me find the best restaurant and bars, he also recommended me to try the massages there, it’s so worth it it’s only 20 dollars for 30 minutes this guy was on it, and during our 4 nights and 5 days there Alex was available for anything we needed. It didn’t matter what time was it every message I’ll send him he replied right back. He’s just an awesome person. We have been to Rocky Point before but we never got treated like this before. I really recommend this resort and this condo 309E you won’t regret it. Alex is the best. Next year in July we’ll be going again and hopefully we work something out to get the same condo. Thanks again Alex you’re awesome. God bless you!!!

Comfortable and clean condo

The condo has comfortable furniture and is nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable as well. We didn't cook, but the kitchen seemed well stocked. The views from the balcony are amazing! Our first time here, so we learned to bring extra paper products for next time. I would stay here again!

Short getaway with my wife

We went down to Rocky point on Sunday afternoon to avoid all the traffic at the border went through with no problem and we came back Tuesday afternoon with the same thing no lines at the border. We had a wonderful time at Sonoran sea. The tide was in full swing so it was fun to watch. And spend a lot of time on the beach and just relaxing. We slept so good. We can't wait to go again we can't wait to go again.
