This property features three comfortable bedrooms and a lounge room that opens up to a balcony, offering stunning ocean views. The open kitchen is conveniently situated between the lounge and the dining area, making it easy to entertain. The main bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third features a tri-bunk, providing ample space for the whole family. A split system air conditioner in the main living area ensures you stay cool during those warm summer days.

Pets are welcome, subject to approval based on the type and shedding of the pet. Please note that guests are responsible for any cleaning, including outdoor areas, and for any damages incurred during their stay due to the pet.

Please note there is construction going on next to the property & there may be some noise in the area because of this.

A $700 security deposit is required on each booking.

*Linen is provided- *Please ensure if you choose to book this property, that the correct amount of guests are included as linen will only be provided for guests confirmed. PLEASE NOTE: Linen for bunk beds will be supplied but top & bottom bunks will NOT be made up.*

Great property for a couple or family. Relaxing views of beach. Well stocked, our dog loved the secured backyard and lots of walks on the dog friendly beach. The local Tavern was a hit for dinner.

good place to relax

This property is well equipped with extras in terms of the kitchen. Relax to the sound of the surf on the beach and a good view. I came home refreshed and relaxed having enjoyed walking my spoodle along the many beaches around the area.

Relaxing Time! with Ocean Views!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our 2 week stay at The Shack was everything we expected. The property was clean and tidy and very well equipped for a holiday rental. And once you arrive no need for the use of your car everyday as the beach, ocean pool, cafe, local shops, bowling club and tavern are all a short walk from the property. Plus the golf course is a short 3 minute drive away. Loved listening to the ocean day and night and the longs walks along the sand. If you're looking to unwind on your holiday then this is the location to do so. I would highly recommend this property to family and friends. A bonus it is pet friendly!The only negative, some sliding windows need silicone spray as they were very stiff to unlock/open and the curtain/blinds need a good clean. Blinds are very weathered (need replacing) and would be great to be able to open the heavier curtains and still have privacy with a sheer curtain (or something similar). These are simple fixes!

Great location for our needs, a way of keeping warm would have made our stay a little more comfortable, but a fantastic find!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Shack is a big house without aircon and in hot humid days it is very difficult to stay cool specially at night. Does not have insect screen doors. Other not very nice story is hot water heater. Nobody has informed us about switching on the supply to heater and we had cold water shower the first days. Also the backyard lawn was not trimmed and for our small fury friend was a problem.But the view covers all the problem.The view from balcony (huge) is stunning.
