Everything was great. My only complaints are that the couches were a bit worn and the kitchen utensils could use updating. If these things were fixed it would be a perfect stay. Comfortable beds!

My husband, I and our friends and their 3 kids booked this cabin for Ponies in the Smokies. While we were at the cabin it was very relaxing and peaceful. All of us and the kids enjoyed the hottub, pool table and air hockey table. The property was very clean. The listing says it’s a 2 king and 1 queen bed but it’s actually 2 queen and 1 king. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Great property!

I had read some questionable reviews about this property so was a tad nervous booking it. But after spending 3 nights we had no issues whatsoever. Check in and checked out was easy and seamless. We were really hoping the hot tub worked as that was a main draw for us and thankfully it worked perfectly and we really enjoyed it. These are minor things but the only downside is that the air hockey table’s cord was cut so we couldn’t play air hockey. And then we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the gas logs in the main living room. Some instructions would be helpful. Overall I would have no hesitation reserving this property again. Everything was as described and it’s in a great location close to downtown Gatlinburg. Our experience was great.

Nice place but disappointed that hot tub didn't work

This cabin was nice. The kitchen was pretty small and didn't have much storage space. The couch on the main floor was very hard to get up from as it seems old. One of the main reasons for choosing this cabin was the hot tub. It was broken from day 1 and never fixed. I did receive a very small refund. The puctures make it seem bigger than it really is. The master bed was comfortable. The showers worked well. Not a lot of seating for more than 6 people. Only 4 people can sit in the main living room and about the same downstairs. The air hockey table was broken when we arrived. Overall a nice place just not a lot of space.

The place is beautiful and very spacious but the air conditioner does not work properly! The thermostat on the main level where the kitchen and living room are was reading almost 85 the entire time we were there. I can only imagine what the upstairs would have read if there was one up there. So sleeping at night was very uncomfortable and just trying to relax and hang out as a family was not that comfortable either. Definitely need someone out there to look and see what’s wrong with it.

The RAW Real Truth

The cabin is OK! Pictures do NOT portray the actual size; they make it look way bigger than what it really is. It is old and in bad need of some TLC and upkeep. The AC unit was filthy, we asked for it to be cleaned multiple times to no avail, causing it to take 2 days to cool off to a half comfortable temp. The number of fans in the cabin when we arrived gave us a bad feeling and we were right. They never addressed that in our 5 days stay. We were notified 3 weeks prior to arrival about the hot tub being broken, we asked for refund and to book another cabin because that was one of the main reasons for booking it, they would not do that, and the hot tub was still not fixed before we left the cabin. Big disappointment! 2 of the 3 shower curtains had mold on them in several locations. Razor caps from prior tenants were left in the showers. Master bath toilet runs forever, can tell it has leaked in the past. The tile around it is bubbled and cracked and the toilet itself moves. There is no toilet paper roll holder in the master bath either. There were several lights out around the cabin which they did wind up fixing. Pool table is falling apart, some of the cups would fall out when a ball fell into them. Door to the master does not lock and the jacuzzi is directly in front of it so you have to be careful when utilizing so someone does not walk in on you. The bed in the master is UNCOMFORTABLE. Kitchen is NOT fully stocked, no potholders and no rags. Never using Jackson Mountain

Our stay

So we rented this cabin this past weekend and we’re told that some guy named Stevemilo was our contact for the property messaged multiple times before the trip to ask about parking as well as a door code with no response so as we’re headed there at midnight after work we call Jackson mountain homes and they give us the door code we arrive at the address listed on there Listing around 2 am after being stuck in wreck traffic for 2.5 hours only to find that there “listed “ address is not the actual address to the cabin so after almost an hour of walking roads in the dark we finally find our cabin 2 roads over go in and the cabin is clean but the ice maker and hot tub are not working so after messing with the hot tub 2 different times we finally get it to heat up the next day called the rental company and they said they would send someone out to check it and they did he was very nice also told them about the address issue and basically got an ok we’ll look at it so if your thinking of staying in this cabin make sure and ask for the actual address because the listed one is not correct

Amazing Stay

Loved staying here at this cozy cabin! Just made you feel like home. We enjoyed our time here with family and friends! Not far from downtown Gatlinburg also. Definitely recommend staying here and will book again in the near future.

Hemlock Hills was exactly as advertised. Very nice and clean. Plenty of space for a large family. A couple of the appliances didn’t work but it didn’t change our opinion on the overall enjoyment.

Wonderful Cabin in the Mountains

We rented this cabin for a large family reunion and it worked perfectly. We loved the decks, the hot tub, the big kitchen and dining tables. Check in and check out was easy, it was close to a lot of interesting shops and good hiking trails. It is in a large group of cabins, which isn’t easy to see from online pictures, but that was no problem. There were a few minor appliance problems with the microwave and oven, and parking is pretty cramped, but overall would recommend. It was a great experience.

Tennessee Family Holiday Vacation

Relaxing and restful family time. Unexpected snowstorm and loss of power for almost 24 hours created some concern but we were able to keelp warm by using the gas fireplace. Bathrooms and bedrooms clean and comfortable. Kitchen could use some updating and a thorough cleaning. Overall we had a great time. Cabin was just perfect for our family!

Anniversary weekend

Very easy check in, clear directions to property, and a very clean cabin! It was located very conveniently minutes away from downtown Gatlinburg. We will be staying again in the future and bringing our children next time 🙂

The property was very clean only regret is that we didn’t have a view hemlock inn was more in a subdivision versus a rustic mountain cabin setting we had a few issues with the home one of the bathrooms was missing a toilet seat which I find hard to believe that if somebody is cleaning the bathrooms didn’t notice that a toilet seat was missing. The dryer in the unit did not work but we called the property manager and they sentSomeone out to fix it overall a good experience
