The Space:
This amazing apartment is spread over three levels with spectacular lake views. The ground level provides easy drive-in access to a double-length garage, (bring your boat) along with a drying room, laundry, and sauna. Walk up the stairs to the middle level where you will find the three bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, and a second shared bathroom. One more flight of stairs takes you to the open-plan kitchen and living area where you have space to entertain, balconies with views, and a cozy space to curl up around the fire. For the skier in winter, or the summer lake lover, this apartment has one of the best locations in Wanaka and is so functional, and sunny. You will love staying here.

Getting Around:
This property is situated in a residential area around 5-10 minutes drive into the town centre. A care is recommended for enjoying Wanaka but taxis are available.
Other Things to Note:
For stays of two weeks or longer, we’re happy to provide a complimentary mid-stay clean to keep everything fresh for you! If you’d also like a fresh linen change for a small fee, just let us know and we’ll get that scheduled at the same time.
