We were here for 4 nights and just loved it! It was so peaceful and calm, with an adorable location. We especially loved the hot tub.

Nice spot for taking day trips from. Hot tub was out of commission but not a necessity for us.

A wonderful character home

A beautiful traditional newfoundland home, away from the busy streets and a good location, for a quick pop to the shops. My elderly parents stayed here and found the central ground floor layout excellent- and I like to get away to upstairs.

Great short stay

Old character home with lots of sleepong arrangements Nice weber bbq. Kitchen was well stocked with large fridge and modern stove. Spa was nice and deep. Garden even late in the season had a few pickings. Only one bathroom. Beds were okay but not extra comfy.

Very clean. Very comfortable bed. Two televisions. Neither worked. No internet. Owner probably knew. The only shower was in clawfoot tub with very high sides. Partner fell just getting into tub. Very slippery. Had to buy extra shower curtain as shower sprayed water on tile floor. Water very slow to run away so showering while standing in water.

Family fun

Lovely older redone home. Right across from water. We met three fisherman coming in from the day fishing. Spent time with them while they cleaned the cod. A lot of fun with those boys!!!

Excellent little house with sea views.

I stayed 1 night with my girlfriends. We enjoyed the sunny deck and the hot tub. It’s a restored old house with plenty of space for 6 people. AC on the main floor. Well stocked kitchen. Lovely garden with a little brook running beside the fence. One bathroom with a claw foot tub. The beds were comfy. It’s right across the street from the wharf. Great place for people watching. It’s exactly as pictured on the VRBO site. Would happily recommend this place to friends and family!

We were on a short girls get-away and it was just what we needed. A quiet space, not too far away. It was cozy and we really enjoyed soaking in the hot tub after walking around and exploring the area.
