Fully renovated 3 bedroom character home in downtown Historic Carbonear overlooking Conception Bay in Newfoundland.

The space

• 2 storey home with 3 bedrooms plus den with views of Conception Bay

• 2 Queens / 1 single / TV and reading library in den

• 1 bathroom on the lower level with a build in shower

• 1 main bathroom upstairs with full tub and shower with views over Conception Bay

• Separate full size stackable washer and dryer on the second floor beside the main bathroom upstairs for easy laundry

• Fully loaded kitchen with moveable island with brand new stainless steel appliances full dishwasher/ electric ceramic stove / full size fridge / freezer / Panasonic full-size microwave / coffee maker / large family size crock pot / full set of bakeware and utensils toaster

• Ninja Air fryer / Magic bullet blender / Lagostina first class copper pots and pans Henckels gourmet chef kitchen knife set / kettle / sodastream

• Separate mud room for boots / coats / beachwear

• Brand new deck outside with patio set / new barbecue

• Adorable garden shed for lazy days to hang out reading a good book or for the artist in the family

• All the artwork is original and made with love concentrating on the beauty of “The Rock” and the fisherman heritage of Newfoundland by a local crafts artist

• One of a kind dining room table and benches hand made by our commissioned artist

• All of the bed frames are also hand made and some of the furniture upstairs

• Will sleep a family of 5 or 2 couples comfortably for romantic get always overlooking Conception Bay

• Our space is a hidden gem in beautiful historical Carbonear we hope to host you soon in our beautiful home overlooking Conception Bay Nfld

• The Stone Jug is a pleasant short walk (great restaurant) in the historical village of Carbonear and Route 66 has the best Seafood Chowder / Fresh Cod (in season ) with live music on Tuesday evenings and the weekend with local musicians

• Fishing, groceries, gas and tennis courts nearby

House is like staying in a art gallery. So many fun things to look at. Kitchen has everything we needed and more. Fun restaurants to walk to. Lots of history and trails in the area. Beds were comfortable. Would stay here again.

The house was very clean…it has old charm coziness and is decorated beautifully…everything was there we needed for our stay…would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place in the Carbonear area

Great place!

So much character to this house! Each room was decorated with unique pieces of art and crafts. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. All the rooms were comfortable and well furnished. The house was recently renovated, but the feel, the charm, was still there. Next time we base our vacation in Carbonear we will be looking to rent this home again.

Charming and comfortable home filled with local artwork. Had everything you would need, and then some. Appreciated the welcome note and gift. Would most definitely stay again. Only negatives-on a busy street, sometimes a bit loud due to traffic. But great views!!

Quaint House with Interesting hand made art

Lovely clean home, cozy and bright, this property has every gadget you could ever dream to want in a kitchen or home. This owner has thought of everything! Comfortable and centrally located within walking distance to all amenities and restaurants. Only issue we had was the house is located on the main downtown street (Water Street) and traffic is very loud though out the morning hours. We experienced lots of trucks and motorcycles. It's was hot in July and we had to have our bedroom windows open as the property didn't have air conditioning. Might have been a different experience with the windows closed. We would go back a again.

Beautiful 'round the bay' home. There are several interesting shops and restaurants nearby, the butcher next door was really unexpected. The house is very well stocked, it is close to the road but didn't find it overly loud, loved the eclectic art.
