Welcome to Seascape Wharf, a charming vacation rental located in Coley’s Point South, Bay Roberts, Newfoundland Labrador. This oceanfront property offers a truly unique experience with its private beach and proximity to a picturesque Harbour Boardwalk that wraps around the harbor providing stunning views of the surrounding seascape.

Originally a fishing rooms and stage, Seascape Wharf has been lovingly converted into a two-level vacation home. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a delightful nautical theme, adorned with antiques and beautiful marine decor. The attention to detail creates a cozy and inviting atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

The Master suite has been designed to make you feel as if you are in a ship. Great nautical theme.
Take the cast iron stairs to the main floor which offers a full kitchen with a large size Fridge, Stove, Dishwasher and bathroom with stand up shower.
The outside oceanfront space consists of a back patio area to sit, and relax. There
is a fire pit and BBQ on the patio for your use.
To the side of the property is a beach
area. A great place to collect sea glass, sea shells and enjoy the ocean.
You can decide to hide away at SeaEscape or get out and enjoy the local sites and scenery. Located 20 minutes to Salmon Cove Beach, and Clarke’s Beach. Lots of coastline hiking trails in the area, restaurants, and local breweries!

Great Location

This was a very comfortable and clean place to stay that was a great base to explore the Eastern & Northern parts of Newfoundland.

Comfy and close to everything. We spent two nights here and enjoyed the barbecue and firepit. Our host was very helpful with suggestions for places to visit.

LOVED THIS 'BOAT'. The decor was geared to the atmosphere, the accessories were spot on. The amenities we're located in each area of this unique property. Would definately return, when coming back to Newfoundland.

What a view!

Nice and relaxing stay. Gorgeous view and a very pretty little community. Lots of scenic walks and drives in the area.

Perfect getaway especially if you want the true Newfoundland experience. People here are truly exceptional and this place is so private, quiet, peaceful and relaxing. It also has the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on away from home. Highly recommend. Our only regret is that we didn’t book it longer!! The host is also always available for anything you may need or have questions on. 2 👍👍

Weekend getaway

It was the perfect location for us- we had traveled to the area to attend Perchance Theater and to do some paddleboarding and hiking. The host was wonderful, very quick to write back and it had all the amenities we were looking for.

Our stay at SeaEscape

The building was very unique, right on the water and so cute inside. There was a patio/deck overlooking the water that we used alot. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had all that we needed. Coffee pods and teabags were stocked plus some treats! We enjoyed our stay and Bay Roberts has grocery stores, restaurants etc close by. Suzanne's communications were excellent, check in and check out were easy, and she also checked on us to ensure all was well.

So much fun to stay here

I stay at many b and b spots and would rate this as 1 of my favourites. It is actually a 2 story unit decorated in a nautical theme and has absolutely everything needed. A extra perk to have a few treats waiting for us like microwave popcorn. Always appreciate a treat

A Unique Home

O unique place to stay this property which was a fisherman wharf converted to a cozy home. Ruggedly rustic on the outside however warm ambiance awaits inside. Ample supplies of Soft thick new towels fresh linens lots of pillows will pamper you Amenities of an urban lifestyle in a rural marina setting Clean spacious the owner sure knows the needs of a traveller! A good base to go to StJohn’s Avalon Peninsula, GraceHarbour Owner very helpful and was very easy to communicate with
