Apartment was very clean and everything was new/updated. For being a fold out bed, it was very comfy and spacious. The cost for what you get is great and the location you cant beat.

I feel the attention to detail in regards to the cleanliness of the property could have been a bit better but were overall happy with the unit. Close walk to cuty market and short drive to mesa verde. The patio and courtyard were very nice to have as well. We would stay here again.

Amazing! We will be back!

Wow! What a wonderful experience! The host Katherine was absolutely fantastic. She was very communicative throughout the booking process and while we were there. The place is conveniently located in downtown Cortez, close to City Market (grocery store) and all the parks and restaurants in town. The unit looks brand new! It's very nicely finished and has all new applicances. The unit is on the second floor of the building and has convenient parking and easy access. This place is truly an in-town gem! I highly recommend and will definitely stay here next time we are in town. Oh, and it's dog friendly too!
