Good amount space

We enjoyed our surf city stay. This house worked well for our large group. We especially enjoyed the large kitchen.

Great space!

Great larger sized home for multiple families of needed. Adjacent to another unit but not wall to wall connected so plenty of privacy.

Beach Trip

Very nice house with outside shower and clothes line to dry out clothes, also has a gas grill and picnic table under the steps. Inside is lovely, nice rooms and bathrooms 3 total and a master bed! Porch/walkout deck on every level and close to a bagel shop and day break doughnut store! Stackable washer/dryer to use, kitchen upstairs and next to small livingroom area with kitchen table, very nice dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator! Very close walking distance to the beach! Owners r very nice and friendly and quick to check on u and solve any issues u may have! Also close to shops, gas stations, restaurants and more!!

Beach Stay

The property meet our needs. However, overall cleaning is lacking. Ceiling fans terribly dirty. The air conditioner for the lower level was able to attain a cool temperature but didn’t remove the humidity. While it was cooler the sleeping area was quite humid and uncomfortable. The garbage disposal didn’t work. At least one outlet didn’t work in the single bedroom off the kitchen. As I said the rental met our needs but it wasn’t close to being exceptional.

Muy buena estadía, la propiedad está muy limpia y ordenada. Además que la comunicación con el dueño fue excelente y muy amable sin duda alguna volvería a rentar este lugar en algunas de mis próximas escapadas a la playa!!!

Playa trip.

Excelente lugar, una casa muy bonita amplia y comunicarse con el dueño es de lo más fácil. Arreglar cualquier inconveniente es sumamente sencillo. El dueño responde de inmediato y da soluciones rápidas. Sin duda alguna no lo pensaría dos veces para volver a tentar esta propiedad.
