Great stay in wonderful location!

Easy check-in and responsive host. Location walkable to parks and restaurants. Home has great lay-out and slept 8 of us comfortably.

Excellent place to stay

I wish I could give more stars! This home was absolutely fantastic! It met all of our needs and the location was great and peaceful. We loved the porch and swing and chairs. We watched fireflies at night in the backyard. It was an absolutely perfect place!

Perfect location & accommodations

Our family was in town for a wedding. The location of this home was ideal for eateries, local shops, and short trips downtown. The house it self, was more than accommodating for a family of 7. It was clean & provided all the amenities we needed.

Perfect location to visit all the downtown Louisville attractions

My group of friends stayed here for our annual bourbon trip and found the house clean, the beds comfortable and the kitchen well-stocked. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood close to Frankford Ave. restaurants and is quick ride to downtown. Communication with our host was great!

Lots of comfort and good location

The bedroom situation was great - 5 rooms with queen or king beds - was perfect for our group. The bathrooms and kitchen are recent updates. The outdoor space is comfortable — a front porch with shade and a back deck with great sun and a propane grill. Bars, restaurants, and coffee is all walkable or a short drive.

21st Birthday Celebration

This property is in the best location. There are restaurants and a great bar within a block. We enjoyed the Tin Roof which was a short 5 minute drive. We had 9 adults with plenty of room.

Weekend Getaway

Great Crescent Hill Bungalow

Home is in the heart of it all in Louisville. Quick access to St. Matthews, downtown, and Bardstown Road. Home has a large kitchen and great living quarters with plenty of dining and bedroom space. Lovely well-decorated home!

The house has its charm, it was spacious and the decoration was great.Beautiful kitchen, and great dining table. Temperature wise it was great. Beds are really comfortableThe neighborhood is quiet. Even though only one car can park on the driveway there was always space on the street to park the other car.

kitchen and living room are major disappointment

Our family, including several small children, came here for our thanksgiving vacation and to be near our Louisville family. In the living room, there was a rug that was coming apart and was full of dog hair. Our clothes were always covered in hair and fuzz from the rug. The coffee table was a piece belonging to the outside deck furniture with one leg threatening to fall off every time child tried to play a boardgame on it. The one pole lamp in the living room would not stop flickering and was also teetering. As for the kitchen, the drawers were filled with absolute useless stuff people must have thrown in them and yet we could find no measuring spoons, no set of measuring cups and very little bakeware to cook in. The master bedroom lights would not work because a breaker would not stay in position and no one came to take care of that. But the one very nice place was the master bath. As for the front of the house, bricks were piled up near the sidewalk going to the house and the bricks were loose on the step going to the front porch. felt very unsafe for the children and the older people. We will not stay here again.

We're sorry that your stay did not go as planned. - We just had a new driveway poured, and the contractor committed to replacing the pavers before check-in. We apologize that this was not done; it is complete now. - This is a 100% animal free property- the jute rug is only a month old, and we have found jute sheds. Very sorry for the inconvenience. - Sorry, you were unable to locate the measuring cups, spoons, and cookware. All are there, as well as multiple-size muffin pans, baking sheets, and ceramic and glass cookware. We find each tenant likes to rehome these differently, though we try to put them in a logical place after each turn. Most reviews note the ample kitchen implements, and we happily bring more obscure tools at our guests' request. - The living room has 2 large glass faceted overhead lights, as well as the downlight over the fireplace. We've inspected the lamp, and it's working fine. The bedroom lights also work as intended. The breaker did flip during your stay, we do not know why. All the best! We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

Rabbit Convention

Our group traveled to Louisville for the ARBA Convention. The drive to the expo center where the rabbits were cooped was about 12-20 minutes depending on traffic and time of day, so not bad at all. The beds and linens were all super comfy, as was the sofa and it was spacious enough for everyone. We had 8 adults in our group and even got to have entire meals together since the kitchen table was also spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and the home was clean throughout. Our only issue was that the coffee pot was not used properly by a previous guest and had grounds all throughout the inside. Property management was quick to respond and apologized and we just went to the local target and bought a Keurig that we took back home with us. The parking was a bit tight at times, but was to be expected based on the listing. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

Weekend Family Getaway

This was our first time in Louisville, Kentucky and we had an amazing experience. We were attending a Graduation Ceremony at the international Kentucky convention center. Road trip from New Jersey. We appreciated how cozy, spacious, and clean the house was. It felt like home away from home. We enjoyed the fire pit and lounge chairs at night. The neighborhood felt safe and friendly. I even enjoyed a morning jog. There’s places to eat within walking distance. We had two cars, so the driveway was helpful and off street parking was never an issue. We always found a spot in front of the house. The kids enjoyed the porch and how beautiful the neighborhood was. The kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy home cooked breakfast. I appreciated the small details around the house like the host letter giving the history of the house, the guitar on the wall, and motivational wordings within the decor made it feel warm. There were enough towels and linens for the whole family. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you!
